Very pleasant stay, the apartment is very centrally located for walking and jogging along the esplanade. Very quiet area without noise and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well, which allows you to rest much better. I would definitely stay at Pedro's apartment again.

I had an amazing time staying at Poncho's. he is an incredible host, also available when you need and so helpful and kind. the apartment is so beautiful. private, secure, a fabulous little outdoor balcony, full kitchen with some extras like cooking oil which i really appreciated. there is lovely park and church close by. and heaps of restaurants including a cheap fruit and veg local store 3 blocks from a main road. would definitely stay again. gracias por todo Poncho!

Manuel, the person who helped us, was super friendly and helpful. He made it easy for us by picking us up on arrival and giving us recommendations. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Property managers were great and incredibly responsive. Apartment is new and immaculate, in a great location, and the views are amazing. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants.

This was a delightful little place. A little confusing to find but Blanca greeted us on the corner. The place was extremely clean and functional. She had a decorated Christmas tree in the living room which was a nice touch for the holiday.

A great place to stay in Cozumel. Super equipped, comfortable and close to everything. Agustina is a genius as a host. Very but highly recommended!!!

Great condo on the ocean and the cab drivers know the name of the place so it was easy to find. One bedroom had a big bed, the other bedroom was a full sized bed, both had their own bathrooms. Full sized kitchen was nice. The swimming pool and access to the ocean are not available until 8am and close at 10pm. Host was quick to respond to questions.

Excellent choice to stay in Cozumel, a very central area and the place is just like the pictures.

Honestly, it was great! The place is very nice, it has parking, a pool, a terrace and a grill (which we did not use, but they are great). The only downside was that I couldn't use the washing machine — hehe — it would be great if it was available, especially if you stay several days. The internet suddenly went out, but other than that, everything was very good. I recommend it, a beautiful place with beautiful views!

the place is amazing, clean and spacious. the rooftop pool was incredible. The facility pool is also great! Location is very convenient. although our stay was great, if I have to give some feedback; the AC in the smaller bedoom was blowing too much when turned on on the lowest mode. evening hrs it can be noisy when in the bedroom the beds by the pool were a bit worn off

I would definitely stay again. It's wonderful and felt like home. Francesco is the best and super friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate condo. The unit exceeded our expectations and is probably the nicest we've stayed in anywhere in Mexico. IT's bright, clean, very spacious and modern. From the pics, we expected a tiny plunge pool but it was much bigger and better than that. The only downfall is its location somewhat far from downtown and the ocean but we enjoy walking and didn't consider it a hinderance at all. Guests should realize that Cozumel does not have sandy beaches in the townsite so you have to expect a long walk or rent a bike or vehicle of some sort. We loved the island and it's vibe, will definitely return. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

We booked this place to go scuba diving and use it as our base. Jorge was very accommodating and even let us leave our luggage early so we could go on our first dives. Love the location, it was easy to walk to various locations to grab food/coffee and to take the ferry to playa. Would recommend staying here and eating at Crazy King Burrito across the street!

My partner and I visited Cozumel for another incredible scuba diving trip. Magda and David’s place was more than perfect for all of our needs— delicious and nearby restaurants (cafes, bars, local spots, etc.) to eat and drink after a full day of diving, walkable to many shops, and wonderful opportunities for entertainment, relaxation, and everything in between. It is a perfect balance of convenience without forgoing comfort, as we had no issues snagging a cab to head to the pier in the mornings, while also having a chance to relax in the beautiful oasis of their backyard. We really appreciated having a separate area to rinse our gear and got a chance to ride bikes. Great and friendly hosts! We look forward to staying here again, and we definitely recommend folks to consider this listing. Thanks, Magda and David!

Everything was great!! Brand new apartment but felt just like home, everything inside was brand new and of great quality. Location was great and very close to quinta avenida. I did not have the time the use rooftop amenities but it was beautiful and great views. I will definitely stay here next time i come to Playa. Gaston was super helpful.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The accommodation is perfect, as shown in the photos. The beach is 1 block away and 5th Avenue is 2 blocks away, the location is ideal. The pool is wonderful. Frank was attentive to everything when we needed him.

Alizees place was perfect. It’s right by the beach, close to restaurants, taxi services, close to Quinta Avenida, a 30 min walk to the ferry. The place is huge, beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a pretty rooftop pool & such a comfortable vibe. She was so helpful, accommodating, and even shared some fun spots for us to check out, which we did and were impressed! Some things to note: - Sargassum season gives a strong scent from the balcony but, it didn’t bother us as I’m an ocean lover - On the weekend, the restaurant below plays slightly loud music but again, didn’t bother us as I love the musical aspect of Mexican culture & it stopped around midnight anyways - Takes a bit of time to get cold water because it’s hot down there but I’m used to things like this personally! - The electricity limit was a surprise to me, maybe I didn’t read it on the listing initially but we had plenty of usage and so far I was not charged for it Thanks so much. Definitely hope to return again 🤎

This is a top of line view and very homey kind vibe. Hosts were great and very helpful. Luxury kind of feel and the place was even nicer than the pictures look. Nothing but positive feedback on this home.

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We had a group of four. Candice the local manager met us and answered all our questions about Cozumel. She was super responsive during our stay. The condo was wonderful, roomy, upscale and conveniently located and away from all the downtown bustle. Wonderful pool area. We were able to walk to snorkel areas and our dive shop picked us up across the street at the dock behind the Money Bar. Money Bar had good food and pleasant atmosphere, live bands and super good service.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!
