This 3rd floor apartment is spacious and modern with a beach style. Each room has a mini-split air conditioner and a ceiling fan for cool, quiet living. The complete kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary amenities. For your peace of mind, the apartment has a small safe and a smoke/CO alarm installed. The outdoor space includes the pool, dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We also have 2 bicycles available for renting.

Your Taste of Paradise

401 Distrito Centro, previously known as Pink Squid, is under new ownership but our main goal to maintain its excellent reputation. This is a 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, on the 4th floor of a 7-floor condominium building. The 7th floor is reserved for your pleasure… an infinity pool, hot tub, and entertainment area with amazing views of the ocean and island. The first floor provides a gym which I believe is rarely used.

Wa'atal Studio 1 block from the pier, downtown

Our studio is located in downtown Cozumel, one block from the sea. We have 2 double beds, a sofa bed, a small refrigerator, an electric boiler for hot water, air conditioning, a small kitchen with a small stove and high-speed internet. A few steps away we have restaurants, dive shops, rental companies, laundry, gym and hospital. So you will feel very comfortable staying in our space. Any questions you have send us a message.

The apartment is at the 3rd floor without lift, well equipped with WIFI, A/C, furnished kitchen, snorkel gears available. Big terrace with 2 beach chairs and breakfast table. Neighbourhood is very quite and street very safe.
