House vacation rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

Had a wonderful month returning to Villa Selva . This is our second time spending a month and it was fantastic. Paul is a super host , always responsive and clear in his communication. The place is exactly as pictured and described . It has everything you need for a long or short stay. Well situated within walking distance of restaurants , dive shops and the larger grocery stores. A very short walk to the water. The pool is such a bonus as is the outdoor sitting area. Rodrigo and his team looking after the property are exceptional, proactive and responsive. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous everyone was. We will be back .

This house was perfect

We had a lovely stay. It does look just like the photos and Alizee was a good responsive host. Rather than repeating everything everyone else has said I’ve set out some insights/ tips which may be helpful. - You don’t need to buy water as Alizee has provided a massive (20l) water container which is replenished for free. You will need to decant and put in the fridge if you want it chilled. The fridge/freezer is a massive American one though - There is only one sun lounger next to the pool which isn’t great if you are a couple. - The sun hardly gets on to the patio at all. There’s about 3 feet max on one side before lunch and about 3 feet max on the other side during the afternoon. Some of the time there’s none on any part of the patio. So if you want to sun tan for hours each day, then this isn’t the place for you. - The kitchen and the bathroom, especially the shower, are showing signs of wear and tear. Very few of the crockery, cutlery and glassware match. Very nice otherwise

If, like us, you are looking for a place to unwind, be able to walk to everything you need and immerse yourself in the local culture then this place is perfect. Nos encantan mucho la ciudad, el barrio, la casa, los habitantes y practicar nuestra español. Victoria was a superb host that went above and beyond to help us and for answering all our questions. She was really great.

We couldn’t have wish for any better place than Norman’s family house. It is a great location with a bakery 5’ away and big supermarket Norman has been full of great advices and very helpful and kind. And the house! A piece of heaven in Cozumel! The design, the decoration, the lay out and the fantastic pool and hamac! Thank you so much for having us ❤️ Recommend 110%!

The house is as shown, it is quite spacious, perfect for a large group, it is just far from the center but one street away there is a park and you can take a taxi there.

Our host Beto was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. He also provided information on things to do around Cozumel and even negotiated two Catamaran trips. We sincerely hope to come back and visit this home. Some highly of Cozumel: The Money Bar, El callejón de la Diez (local eats and drink), Los tacotales (eats), Kondesa (haute eats)

House as described, recommended

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

We felt right at home at Maribel's place. It was clean, and comfortable, peaceful, and private. We would definitely stay again.

Great experience! The house was beautiful! The location was great! The beds were a little hard and the stairs would be difficult for people that are older or not in good shape, other than that it was a perfect stay! Our host was on top of every request and made our stay very pleasant! Definitely will return to this beautiful space!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Such a beautiful, clean and spacious condo! Would definitely recommend.

Josh was a very good host. I felt at home in his villa and everything was taken care of in this house. Prime location. There is nothing else to say.

Marco is charming and had tons of information for us as travelers. He provided some lovely welcome drinks and answered all of our questions promptly. The grounds were great. I loved the gardens, which were pretty, and the pool, which was clean and serviced during our stay. The house itself was airy, light, and breezy. We found the beds quite comfortable. And the towels were replaced frequently. The kitchen had dishes, coffee maker, blender, and pots and pans for preparing food. There were some extremely sweet cats on property, but they are not allowed in the house, so that should not be a problem for anyone with animal allergies.

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The manager (Ksenia) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and well prepared for all of our needs. You can see that extra thought was taken to make sure we had all our needs taken care. Plenty of cold drinking water prepared. Very private, safe and great location. Plenty of space. The outdoor spaces have lots of plants that add to the natural feeling. Beautiful views from the top floor porch. A very short walk to the water. Includes a parking place. Air conditioning and fans kicks in very quick. Only negative, is that some of the furniture is older, and could be replaced, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful time!! Would definitely come here again!

Everything was great, the hostess was attentive at all times, she was very kind and was quick to respond to any questions, I thank her for her good help throughout the stay :) The only detail is that there was a certain smell of moisture upon arrival but everything else was to my liking, very good price and easy to locate.

Excellent, if we will be back very soon

This place was perfect for my family to relax and enjoy what the beach has to offer. The tranquility and the wonderful views make this an excellent place to unwind. Enjoy wonderful sunrises every morning that you are there. I will recommend this place to all of my friends who want a nice place in Playa del Carmen to really relax. This place is awesome and my new favorite place to be!!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Excellent location, the house is very spacious with everything you need to have a nice vacation We just thought the pool was very cold And we had a problem with the clothes dryer, but in the end we figured out how to use it Thank you for everything and we hope to return soon
