I was delighted with the PH. It has a balcony with a direct view of the beach, which can be accessed directly from the condominium, which is beautiful. The unit is in excellent condition and very well maintained. Sergio always responded to my questions and always found the best solution. An excellent host. On the other hand, the condominium staff is also very attentive and always available. It has a pool and restaurant inside that are very good and the access to the beach is perfect. We really enjoyed that when you leave the condo you have many options of things to do just a few meters away and the ferry to Isla Mujeres is just 3km away. I would definitely come back. I am very grateful and delighted with the place

This is a top of line view and very homey kind vibe. Hosts were great and very helpful. Luxury kind of feel and the place was even nicer than the pictures look. Nothing but positive feedback on this home.

My family enjoyed our 5 night stay. Perfect location right by restaurants and beach. Stayed in lower 2 bedroom apartment which you could just walk out front door to town or back door to beach.

Very good accommodation. The equipment is high-quality and very good. The accommodation offers everything you need to stay overnight. We felt very comfortable and our contact Marisa was always available, very friendly and personally supported us with check-in.

We stayed for a week at this listing and it was impeccable. The photos are true to the description of the house. The pool is larger than you might think and has a toilet and outdoor shower which is very convenient. Gladys was a great host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a vacation in Cancún!!

It was excellent, the host was always attentive to us, and answered quickly. The house is very comfortable and above all very clean, with everything in order. In a very safe private community, friendly guards at all times. I recommend it 100%. They welcomed us with the air conditioning in the room on for a comfortable welcome. It has everything you need to spend a long time in Playa del Carmen. Convenience stores two blocks away, it has a shared pool. Overall excellent, that's why 5/5.

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Thank you to the host for helping me experience an amazing bachelor party with my friends

This place is a hidden gem! We loved that it wasn't right in the city center, but a very easy taxi ride or drive to it, giving us the privacy we wanted but the action when we wanted. The pool is clean and beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked and came with surprise fresh fruits for us, and Ana was exceptionally helpful throughout. All in all a fantastic stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

This trip was a home run! We could not have been happier with our choice. We were a group of seven adults. The connection the water was incredible from the back deck, living room and third floor. Just breathtaking. Plus the furnishings were perfect for indoor/outdoor living, and the interior design impressed everyone. A few reasonable restaurants nearby, and very short ride to Akumal beach to swim with turtles. Finally, the service/communication from the host was fantastic. Really helpful and responsive. We knew that it wasn’t easy to swim in the sea because of rocky shore line, though we did see people in the water nearby. We travel all over the world and definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place within a walkable distance to the ferry terminal (10 min walk), Playa Norte, restaurants and shops. The location is great. We stayed for two nights and the only time we needed a golf cart was to visit Punta Sur. Everything was clean inside. We were pleasantly surprised with the ocean view from the master bedroom. It was awesome to watch the sun rise just by walking out to the terrace from the bedroom. Easy access to the small beach as well. The pictures don't do this place justice. We'd definitely stay here again.
