The condo was amazing! The gated neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt safe. It was nice to have pickleball equipment and snorkel gear at the condo for us to use! The communication with Wendy was great! The view was amazing, would definitely stay again!

We ended our honeymoon here and it was the perfect end to our trip. The view is absolutely stunning and the place has everything we would need. The laundry was really helpful for us as well. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect little accommodation opposite the beach and with a rooftop pool. The Airbnb was very well-equipped, nothing was missing! Miguel responds fairly quickly. I recommend it!

This was an incredible stay for my boyfriend and I! We wanted a relaxing vacation where we could just sit on the beach for a long weekend and we got exactly that. You can’t beat the location, it’s steps from the beach! Not to mention the spot has beach chairs and an umbrella to use as well as built in lounge chairs and umbrella huts in a roped off closure for the spot specifically. The real star was the groundskeeper: helped us with everything and was super responsive! He even brought us a cooler and filled up the ice each day. So nice!!! My one thing to note is there is construction beside the residence because a large condo complex is going up - not too noisy just something to know, construction was only during the week though. Also want to shout out the awesome transport arranged by the host and bonus points for the snorkel shop next door that made our dive amazing! Would come back.

Pristine location on a private beach, perfect for recharging. We felt very safe with groundskeepers on site and a locked gate. The only negative was the accessibility. You MUST have a lifted vehicle to get to the house otherwise you risk damaging your vehicle or getting stuck. There is an 8 mile dirt road with elephant-sized potholes and sharp, several feet high bumps from old washouts. The 8 miles took 90+ minutes to complete. Overall, this trip was absolutely worth it. The host and groundskeepers were responsive. Would absolutely go back.

I loved this place. The views from each floor were so beautiful. The hosts were also amazing. They helped us with transportation, renting golf carts, making appointments for massages, having a cleaning lady, and to reserve the chef. All of which I recommend you do. Definitely a luxury experience!

We booked this home for a bachelorette weekend, and it did not disappoint. We used the chef for meals when we stayed in, and the food was fantastic. Celine was very helpful during the months leading up to the trip and Sofia was amazing as the concierge during our stay. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful week at Mataray Tulum. The place is beautiful and peaceful and having the private beach made all the difference. But importantly, the staff were incredible. So accommodating and friendly, and always offering advice on where to go for dinner or excursions. There was never a tie that we didn't feel taken care of. The accommodation was amazing. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and my husband and son had great fun in the evening playing pool upstairs. The balance of having your own accommodation, but being connected to a hotel if you want food or drinks was a great combo! We will definitely come for another visit.

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

What a great time! Tanya was an excellent host and gave instructions and recommendations for everything we needed. The casita was adorable and the pool area was so relaxing. Tanya furnished groceries and the cupboards contained many basics presumably left from other guests: extra sunscreen, sunhats, vegetable oil, shower supplies, etc. All-in-all we had a fantastic trip! No regrets

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Armando and Andrea are amazing caretakers and are very attentive. The views were stunning, it was incredibly spacious, in a great location, and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. We fit two families there very comfortably. The children had a blast and so did the adults. We’ll book this place again for sure.

The property itself was magnificent, with stunning scenery that truly enhanced our experience. We also appreciated the polite and helpful nature of the security guards at both entrances. Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

We had a magical week at Adolfo’s place with our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is spectacular and the kids loved being able to play on the beach and jump in the pool. Early risers will love the sunrise view from the beach. The location itself is an amazing jumping off point to enjoy Akumal (great taco spots in town!), Tulum, and local cenotes and eco parks. We were a bit anxious about not having AC in the main living area but the breeze was beautiful and it allowed us to really embrace indoor/outdoor living. The caretaking staff are wonderful and very helpful - they helped us arrange for massages at the house and kept the property meticulously clean. We also took advantage of Chef Carlos’s services and are so happy we did. The house itself is very comfortable. Showing its age in places but we appreciated it being un-fussy - especially with young kids. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes but you’ll need to bring your own basic cooking supplies.

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying here and I seriously love this place. It's not in the main part of the island, which is exactly why I keep coming back -- it's super peaceful, quiet, and feels really secluded in the best way. The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning, and the space itself is gorgeous and super comfortable. One of our favorite things to do is grab a nice bottle of mezcal or tequila and make our own cocktails to enjoy out on the balcony, just staring out at the Caribbean. It’s honestly the dream. If you're looking to get away from the crowds and just relax somewhere beautiful, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back again.
