Waterfront vacation rentals in Riviera Maya

We had a great stay at Guy's apartment in Puerto Morelos. It's a brand new building on the edge of town. A beautiful rooftop pool with a sea view and walkability to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. The bed was comfortable, had washing machine, full kitchen. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! I brought my in-laws (in their 70s), my husband, and 3 year old son. There was something for everyone. Peaceful location but steps away from everything - the beach, 5th ave, etc! The rooftop pool is amazing. The drinks are good, and it was never crowded. The AC was awesome and the beds were clean and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home!

Lovely place. Great location, fully stocked kitchen, huge king size bed. Loved the elevator and rooftop pool!

We loved this. Best beach view you can get from Any Cancun apartment. This apartment in particular has One of the few balconies in the complex that is safe for little kids (most others, if not all, have bars too far apart and a little child may go through). Pool and beach set up is just so easy to use. Supermarket/pharmacy/urgent care and many restaurants less than a block away. The hosts were so unbelievably responsive. There is some wear and tear. No biggie for us. We will most definitely be back to this apt again! And so will our friends.

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

Our group had an amazing time at Daniel’s place. The beach is beautiful and the rooms each come with their own AC system so everybody sleeps comfortably. We spent a week here and it was great, the location is very close to a go mart. The bus stop to the main hotel zone or downtown is less than a 5 min walk. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

This trip was a home run! We could not have been happier with our choice. We were a group of seven adults. The connection the water was incredible from the back deck, living room and third floor. Just breathtaking. Plus the furnishings were perfect for indoor/outdoor living, and the interior design impressed everyone. A few reasonable restaurants nearby, and very short ride to Akumal beach to swim with turtles. Finally, the service/communication from the host was fantastic. Really helpful and responsive. We knew that it wasn’t easy to swim in the sea because of rocky shore line, though we did see people in the water nearby. We travel all over the world and definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

The place is great, Casie was very attentive and always available... Nicki is amazing, it's worth every peso✨, 🤑 we hope to be back soon!

A beautiful condo with gorgeous views with a quick walk to the private pools and the beach. There were two private balconies to view the marina and water. The restaurants and night life were a quick five minute walk. There was something for everyone. It’s a little slice of paradise. A hidden gem!

Hello, the whole stay was great, it was clean, there was only one problem in one of the bathrooms, when you took a bath the water came out of the shower, which caused the bathroom floor to get all wet

We loved our stay at the Elements. Our condo was in the perfect location, 2nd floor and easy access to the pool and ocean! The condo was very astheticly pleasing. We loved the decor and everything was set up great!

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

A beautiful view, the place is beautiful and the apartment is beautiful

The unit was beautiful and had the most amazing view of the water. We arrived early in the morning and a lovely lady was still available to meet us and give us instructions on the unit. Luis made us several reservations at Zama beach club. We might have contacted him each day with questions about the island and he responded immediately. The unit was a perfect size for our party of 5 but had room for more. The location was perfect…close to everything but peaceful and scenic. But the best part was the view and waking up to the sound of the ocean. We would love to come back someday!
