Beach house vacation rentals in Riviera Maya

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Our group had an amazing time at Daniel’s place. The beach is beautiful and the rooms each come with their own AC system so everybody sleeps comfortably. We spent a week here and it was great, the location is very close to a go mart. The bus stop to the main hotel zone or downtown is less than a 5 min walk. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again!

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

We had a great time. Dream house with a private beach. Diego was responsive to all our needs even gong above and beyond with thoughtful touches like offering to bring us groceries. Really appreciated Maria’s help with cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing and all other chores around the house. Also appreciated having a full time guard. Made us feel safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful time on a private and secluded area.

This trip was a home run! We could not have been happier with our choice. We were a group of seven adults. The connection the water was incredible from the back deck, living room and third floor. Just breathtaking. Plus the furnishings were perfect for indoor/outdoor living, and the interior design impressed everyone. A few reasonable restaurants nearby, and very short ride to Akumal beach to swim with turtles. Finally, the service/communication from the host was fantastic. Really helpful and responsive. We knew that it wasn’t easy to swim in the sea because of rocky shore line, though we did see people in the water nearby. We travel all over the world and definitely recommend this place.

There are no words to describe the peace that one feels when coming to this special place. The island itself is magical as well as this place. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the house. Went to sleep listening to the waves and woke up listening to the sweet sound. Truly epic adventure.

Our extended family of ten stayed very comfortably in this lovely house. We enjoyed the space, the comfortable furniture, great snorkeling, and a lovely meal made by Jerry and Isabella. The house was as pictured, we found it peaceful, safe, and private. We loved sitting on the beach, and found the kitchen well supplied.

Our stay here was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The community is very secure and there is so much to do really close by. the location is very central and it was super easy to get around to playa del Carmen and Tulum. they had everything you could need like blow dryer, hangers, etc... I felt like I truly was at home the entire stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Check out cenote Búho nearby and grab groceries at the Chedraui yen minutes away if you need them as it may be a little difficult getting anything delivered.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Susan's house was perfect to host my bachelor party in Tulum! The 10 of us had plenty of space. The patio and pool areas were great gathering spaces. The management team at the Zamas hotel was phenomenal in getting us checked in, keeping the house clean, and booking us chefs, transportation, and excursions. The house's location is as good as it gets. Walk 5 minutes, and you're right in the mix!

To give perspective, we were 6 adults and 5 children ages 15 mos, 2 3 yr olds and 2 6 yr olds. The place is absolutely beautiful, charming and artistic. It was soooo spacious and airy. We had nice rooms each with a bathroom. The large courtyard had a pool that was perfect for the kids. There’s a large play area between the beach and the house. It was perfect! Mayela, the hostess, was so prompt in answering messages. She was great to work with. My family is already planning our next visit there.

We stayed here as a family reunion - three kids (6,4,1) and four adults. It was excellent! Felt very safe since it's inside the resort but you could walk around and with paying for passes at Casa Club, you could easily access the resorts (our favorite was Tulum because of the water park for kids plus beach). We loved the ability to jump between doing a resort day and all of the other amazing activities around like Xel Ha, Aktun Chen, the gorgeous Kay Beach resort etc. The best was for all us to be able to all stay in the same house, hang out in the living room. Host was very communicative. The instructions need updating, as I don't believe there is an actual key anymore, only the keypad. But we figured it out pretty easily and everything worked perfectly. Enjoy!!

Casa Sora was such an amazing house! We had a wonderful time with the entire place. The living room is spacious. The kitchen is large. The backyard is fantastic with the BBQ area and the pool. The deck on the top is fantastic. Even each of the bedrooms were great! I highly recommend staying here and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We had a fantastic time. Victor was always very responsive and even got us in a bit early. Thank you!!

Lisa's home is a perfect location on the island. We wanted a peaceful, beautiful, private place on the ocean and this is it! The location is right in the middle of the island far enough away from the busy north but only a short ride to it on a golf cart or you can walk to town in about 20 minutes. There is also a bus you can ride as well. The beach is rocky but you can still walk along it to a small half-moon-shaped beach only a few houses down. We took morning and evening walks. It was wonderful to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves. The house has everything you need. It looks exactly like the photos. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a blender for morning smoothies and a frozen cocktail in the evening. We rented a golf cart which can be pricy but it gave us the freedom to tour the whole island, head into town for dinner, shop and find spots to snorkel. The home is a bit pricier than other places but worth it. I highly recommend Lisa's home!

The host is always very responsive, villa is nice with 3 rooms with own bathroom, so perfect to stay with 3 couples. Beach is close by, but Akumal lagoon is more beautiful to swim with turtles.

What a wonderful week we just spent at Balam Ek! We truly did not want to leave. The house is centrally located in Akumal, within easy walking distance of La Buena Vida, a small convenience store, La Lunita, and the Jungle Cafe. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained by Leticia and Roberto, and the rooms were comfortable. The views were unbeatable, and the house was well-equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. Sun rises were especially beautiful here! If you want a sandy beach, this is not the house for you. We don’t mind an iron shore, and we swam in the ocean daily right in front of the house. Just make sure you bring water shoes because the volcanic rock is too sharp for bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay at Balam Ek again. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay on Isla Mujeres. Dont hesitate when booking Mar Turquesa - you will not be disappointed. The hosts were so responsive from booking and all the way through our stay. The south side is further from the beaches and further from the busy touristy area. I recommend a golf cart. I also recommend you use their chef services. We did arrival margaritas and a dinner one night and it was amazing. We wish we had done more. The space is great for a large group. We had 7 adults and two small children and there was room to spare. Beautiful water views and walking distance to a some great restaurants, a beach club and nice park to view the sunrise. Take advantage of the beach day at Zama Beach Club - it was dreamy and the perfect day.

Our family recently had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful slice of paradise in Soliman Bay. The home is within a boutique-type hotel that offers exceptional concierge, dining, and cleaning services. We were taken care of from beginning to end with prompt communication before our arrival to dedicated support and advice while staying there. Matias was our primary concierge contact, and my husband and I were so thankful for the endless tips, suggestions, and help he provided us. A continental breakfast is included in your stay and what a delight it was to see Bernie greet us every morning with the delicious fresh items. In addition to providing us tasty food, he offered great stories! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. While we were off adventuring during the day, we loved coming back to our beautiful home, which offered excellent seating areas to see the gorgeous ocean, comfortable beds, filtered water, fresh towels, and a pool table. We hope to return!

Great luxury stay near Puerto Morelos. Property was as described and pictured. Great space, pool, air conditioning and kitchen. Unexpected maid service halfway through our stay was a plus. Concierge service through Dora was outstanding. She helped set-up professional chefs, masseuse, and snorkeling as well as manage our arrival and departure. Overall great location for our family of 8 reunion!

Juan's place was excellent! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. All rooms had king size beds except for 1 room, and it wasn't used at all. 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom down stairs for convenience. Great location, Mall was a 5 minute walk which included several great restaurant's to choose from, a 7-Eleven 5 minute walk as well Bus stop was a 10 minute walk that took you up and dowm the Hotel Zone and into downtown Cancun! Highly recommend. Juan was always available day or night for any questions you may have. 24 hour on site Security as well

We could not have been happier with our stay at Rancho San Eric. The Casita was comfortable and located a few steps from the beautiful south Tulum beach. We like peace, quiet and privacy and we got it! No loud "boom boom". Just the sound of the the ocean breeze. We are planning our next visit already :) This is a very special location and the property was extremely well run with an eye for detail. Thank you Stefan and Hui!
