The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. Easy street parking. There are a couple of steps down into the Studio. And again into the shower. Recently added an EV charger to driveway, which you are welcome to use with prior arrangement. A Charming, independent space. Only a short drive to Ventura Blvd which offered the best dining the Valley has to offer. Half a dozen eateries within walking distance. Located 15 minutes from Hollywood and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. A lovely place to relax after a fun filled day.
