Luxury rentals in San Fernando Valley

Spectacular view from all the main rooms. Open plan provides peaceful interior. Gated property for privacy. Dog was comfortable. Bit expensive by the month. Host was very helpful with tv as house has lots of technology.

Our stay at Justin's beautiful house was amazing. The location was the best, close to the airport with restaurants, super markets close by. The house is just amazing, modern and with many amenities, just like in the pictures. Justin let us know that he was a phone call away and very welcoming. If you are in LA visiting, this is the place, you wont be disappointed. We will absolutely request Justin to stay in his house in our next visit to LA!!!!

10 OUT OF 5 STARS! By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever visited. We stayed with 2 families on a stopover and it was amazing. Just 15 minutes from the airport, but we felt transported to another world. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and the property is like a big, beautiful playground. Everywhere you look there’s some other beautiful detail or fun place to hang out and relax or play. The kids alternated between the gorgeous infinity pool, trampoline and ping pong table, and the adults hung out between the kitchen and huge covered patio with fireplace, electric heaters and BBQ. Views are spectacular, it’s super quiet and private, each suite is luxurious and unique, and there’s a beautiful hike just up the street. And if we’d wanted to leave (which we didn’t lol!), trendy Culver City is just 15 minutes away for great shopping and restaurants. Jalda is a really sweet and responsive host. Don’t hesitate stay here, it’s really special and not available often!

Martin was a great host to work with. The place is absolutely fabulous, wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces, beautiful views and wonderfully conveniently located. Highly recommended.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our weekend stay here. The house itself was wonderful and Jeff was one of the most thoughtful and welcoming hosts we've ever encountered. He was super quick to respond to any questions and made it clear that we could reach out about anything at all. There were so many nice touches - the ceiling heaters above the outdoor dining table made it perfect for breakfast and dinner out there. Bedding and towels were super soft and new, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked (with Jeff saying, "if you need something and it's not here, just let me know and I'll bring it over.")

The house was absolutely beautiful, new construction, very modern with big open spaces. Great room area for kitchen and living room were very spacious, comfortable and glass doors open to fully connect indoor to out. We enjoyed using the hot tub just outside and drinking coffee in the mornings near the outdoor fireplace. Overall, we really enjoyed this location and would happily book it again. Communication with the host was very easy and very responsive.

We had a great stay at Marina’s property. The location is unbeatable, and the view really steals the show. Natalie, our main point of contact, was incredibly responsive and friendly. Everything was managed very professionally from start to finish. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. While a few elements of the house felt slightly dated, the overall experience more than made up for it. We did face a small issue with the temperature control in the downstairs rooms, but Natalie was quick to help us troubleshoot. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic and well-located base in LA.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. The highlight was the hosts who were very congenial and helped us immensely. The villa was beautiful, well stocked and had a great location. Would certainly stay there again.
