Starbucks and pizza is 3 min away. Our vacation home is very private and is located on a quiet cul-de sac street.

We are just a few short miles from CSUN and Pierce colleges. The home offers a serene setting to walk, bike, or just to relax. The Topanga Shopping mall is just a short 10 minute drive and features many beautiful restaurants and an elegant outside dining experience. Both living room and master bedroom have TV's.
