Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in San Fernando Valley

I booked this location for our 10th anniversary. I couldn’t believe it was available. When booking this location you are right in the hub of Malibu. Nobu is within walking distance, so is carbon beach. There is a balcony top where you can people watch. Also a private little outside area for yourself. They even offer a garage space which was really cool. Responses were quick and easy. I even booked an extra night pretty effortlessly. The Host Stay Awhile, Emily, Dan and Jelena are a great team have more locations and I will be renting from them again when the time aligns.

Absolutely beautiful location! Loved the private beach access. The property had everything you need. I loved how the space was very open concept and neat. The bathroom was exceptionally well done, from the auto toilet seat, the lights, and the rain shower. Would definitely come back again!

This is the third time I’ve booked with these guys. Third time for a reason. Value for money, attention to detail and amenities. Thank me later.

The little space was just right. It was the most functional. Near target and Albertsons. It was great. Fit four people perfectly. Near the interstate but far enough away that it was quiet. Beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. Not part of the review but the phone service for Verizon wasn’t very good and the back up internet wasn’t good as well. Host was attentive to our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at Zev & Melissa Forrest’s place in Long Beach. The house was perfect for our group of three couples—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the beach and the Long Beach Grand Prix, which was a highlight of our trip. This home is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet, private area—perfect for a peaceful getaway. My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious layout, swimming in the pool, and preparing meals together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and made for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic 4-night stay in this home, it was everything we needed to really experience Venice & Santa Monica! Super convenient location, cozy setting with everything you need for enjoying a meal at home, relaxing and being productive or lazy. Street parking was super easy and the private drive is a great extra perk. Easy walking accessibility to beach, Venice, Rose Ave is great, and bike rentals are 1/2 block away for longer rides around beach, to Santa Monica, etc. There was one minor issue with a battery and the response from team was immediate. I would absolutely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again.

From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clear instructions made check-in a breeze, and the back alley entrance gave the place a unique, tucked-away feel that we really enjoyed. The hosts were thoughtful and detailed in their communication, which we truly appreciated. The space itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the little touches, like the bamboo by the gate and how easy the parking situation was (a big plus in LA!). The WiFi was solid, and we felt very safe and well taken care of. We loved staying at Sepi and Ben’s place with our family. The location is perfect for exploring Venice, with plenty of kid friendly things within a short drive away, as well as easy to stroll around the neighborhood as well. The hike was super well designed and has everything we needed for our family, including some toys and a high chair. We also loved spending time outside in the back garden. Having the extra room in the back was also helpful when our friend came to stay with us. Communication was a breeze. Looking forward to staying there again!

This place was great for our family vacation, the kids loved the heated pool and all the games. We had a minor issue with the front door lock, but the hosts fixed it in minutes. Their quick response and effort to make us comfortable made everything perfect. Thanks for having us and we hope to stay again the next time.
