I recommend this place to them. The apartment is very nice and has a 100% decoration. Sergio and Ivan are super friendly, you will fall in love with them, in my opinion you will not be disappointed with them and with the place, which is superbly located, you are a few meters from the baraja station and by subway you can access everything. Highly recommended.

Check-in worked perfectly. You take the key from a porter and return it at check-out. The apartment was as described. Some cosmetic work could be done in the upper bathroom, such as a new shower set or re-plastering the ceiling, as it swells in some places due to moisture. The apartment was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. The train runs right next to the house, so you can hear it, which did not bother us personally. We would definitely come back. What can I say: exceptional place, the apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need and more. Very new and clean. The host is fabulous, always attentive and helpful. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. The bus stops at the door and getting to the center is very easy. Great supermarket and other markets very close by, even with ready meals and amazing desserts. What else can I say? THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for allowing us to stay at your property, even if it was only for a few days.

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

I needed a place to stay while visiting family in Madrid and this place could not have been in a better location. You have everything you need nearby: grocery stores, restaurants, plus the train and bus station. Full working order kitchen with oven and electric stove and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The AC was a necessity during a heat wave. A plus for any place in Europe!

Very clean, practical space that fit our family well. Very close to the airport and easy to navigate into center city. Communication was also very prompt and responsive.

Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very friendly and helpful with us, we would repeat without hesitation.

We were very warmly welcomed by Daniel and Laura. The apartment corresponded to the pictures and was very cozy. The location is great to get to the airport quickly and by bus and metro you can easily get to the city.

You want to be in the center of Madrid… experience dreamy rooftop living above the crowds… this is as good as it gets. Magic place for romantic drinks at night and to throw yourself into Madrid‘s life. All great… all as described… great place to actually also cook your own stuff… (just read all the reviews…). Is there watch out? Don‘t get sunburns on the Terrasse…and yes it is top floor appartment so it will hot in summer… but good A/C! Highly recommended

A quiet and great location. Close to a shopping center and parks for sports, both alone and with a dog. Apartment in a development with a pool and tennis courts. Something to note. It has a parking space. Great if you go by car or rent one.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had in a very quick way. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

A wonderful stay in this house located on a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two apartments, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decor are beautiful and in excellent condition. The surroundings are very beautiful, full of nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made bed and very comfortable pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It's very nice, we highly recommend it.

Duke was responsive and kind. He left us well prepared with guides of things to do in Madrid, as well as how to properly find our way around the Airbnb. Any questions we had were all answered immediately, clearly and with care. Definitely recommend!!
