Hellen was such a star and her kindness added to the home, welcomine feeling of the house. Ideally located 15 mn from Seaham, in a peaceful streets with two little shops nearby if you need anything… And the house is so well equipped, so comfy. A huge thanks, everything was absolutely perfect!

Really enjoyable few days on the East coast. Lovely cottage, exactly as described with great touches, particularly the trampoline!! I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a well placed cottage in the Whitby area

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Fantastic flat in a great location within easy walking distance of Peasholm Park and North Bay. Lots of great touches in this comfortable apartment and plenty of room for 2 x families of 4. Plenty of parking on the doorstep, just use the discs provided. Mark was a great host and so easy to contact. We'll definitely look to use again.

Spacious modern clean apartment, exactly as described, very comfortable beds! Location was absolutely perfect, views from front window over harbour are stunning!! Only used the car once in a week!! Loved Whitby didn’t want to come home. Thank you ☺️ ❤️

Well appointed flat in a great location with free parking- few minutes walk from Durham centre. Spacious, light.

Lisa's flat was perfect for our five day stay in Durham - just a 10 minute walk into the city, with easy access to public transport to visit the Beamish Museum and Newcastle. Despite being close to the city, the flat is located in a quiet street, with parking permits provided. On arriving, Lisa's partner Steve was waiting to welcome us and show us the flat and all the facilities. It was nice to have a welcome pack of milk, bread, cereals, etc in the kitchen. The flat itself was immaculately clean, well equipped and very spacious throughout - the photos don't do it justice! The art deco style furniture and decoration, etc. was particulary attractive. Our bed was very comfortable with an excellent shower in the adjacent bathroom. We would certainly hope to stay at the flat again on future visits.

Lovely place peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Loved the fresh clean smell that emanated throughout the complex. The appointment was immaculately clean and would definitely recommend.😁

The top floor (2nd floor) apartment was exactly as described. Comfortable, and with great heating for the colder months, though it might be tricky to keep cool in hot weather with only transom windows to open. The bed was a bit soft and bouncy for our liking, but everyone is different, so the host can’t please everyone. A great spacious shower with lots of hot water at anytime. Easy parking on the street outside, using the parking permit provided. Easy to find and easy to get in, great instructions given. A few minutes walk to the seafront or town centre or bus stops, yet in a quiet location. We thought that the kitchen needed a few more items like wine glasses, a teapot, a corkscrew, and larger frying pan, but otherwise well enough equipped for simple meal prep and cooking. USBA charging points next to both sides of the bed was a nice touch, meaning I only needed to bring cables, not plugs as well. Guest pack needs a little updating, some tourist info in it would be nice.

Fantastic 3 night stay. Fully equipped and excellent location. Would, without hesitation, highly recommend. Second bedroom is a little small, but perfectly adequate. Two bathrooms is a bonus. We will definitely return. A Super Host for a reason. Thank you

Spotlessly clean, very central location and with incredible views from all 3 large windows. The views are even better than the photos! Everything we needed was there, 2 minutes walk to some really great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, and a short walk downhill to the beach, pier etc. We loved Saltburn, and we loved this beautiful apartment in the lovely Zetland building.

Paula’s place was absolutely stunning just like the pictures ideal location and right next to west cliff parking and a lovely walk into town . I would definitely recommend this place me and my son loved it thank you again Paula .

Fantastic location. Easy walk into the town centre but, far enough away to avoid any noise. Perfect location for attending events at the Pavilion. The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of room. The apartment / towels / Bed Linen were spotless. The Information Pack was very useful. The Host, Amanda was brilliant, very helpful. Communication was excellent with timely reminders for Key Codes etc.

Lovely apartment in a good position ,with only a 10 -15 minute walk into town.The apartment is well maintained and clean.Easy access with a lift to all floors and stairs.Really liked the photos and prints of Whitby around the apartment. Guaranteed parking a real bonus with this apartment.

We stayed with Alison and John for goth weekend in April 2025. The apartment is amazing, there was everything you could ever had needed plus a lovely welcome gift too. The heated mirror in the bathroom was a good surprise! The location was perfect for all the happenings at goth weekend. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to find it empty 🖤

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. What a beautiful apartment and very well presented and loads of original period character for the age of the property. Very comfortable beds. Walking distance to all amenities and attractions. Love Scarborough would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.
