Wow! This place was above expectations, absolutely beautiful cottage and facilities. The cottage itself is so spacious and finished to a very high standard, spotlessly clean. The grounds and facilities on offer are superb. The location is stunning and perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas, so many places to visit. We’re already planning our next stay, thank you for a perfect stay!

We had such a relaxing time with our family at Lee's property. The kids had such a great time in the pool, it was really enjoyed by all!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

absolutely perfect little get away. even though the facilitys were closed we still had loads to do with it being so close to Scarborough. would recommend staying here to anybody. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Had a lovely stay here. Home is well equipped and cosy, a great location with beautiful views. Loved having my morning coffee by the river. The kids are already asking to come back next year.

Very comfortable place to stay, felt at home right away. The cottage was also very nicely presented. It’s a peaceful place to stay and the neighbours are all very friendly. The village is handily located for the North Yorkshire Moors, the seaside and a number of very picturesque towns and villages.

This is a haven of tranquility. Walk through the doors and you feel at home. So beautifully decorated, absolutely perfect in every way. We are keen cooks, love to spend time in the kitchen making meals and enjoying company of friends. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all you need. Peter is an outstanding host and offers support instantly. We had a slight glitch with the internet (not Peter’s fault!) and he was so helpful and supportive. We love the place. Seriously LOVE! We will be back and look forward to being back!

Great property in a good location which is close to shops etc, but quiet enough to escape the high street. Has everything you will need for a comfortable stay along with great communication from the owner 👍

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at The Barn. The property was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The garden as well as the house was spacious and both felt very private and tastefully appointed and allowed us a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring this part of North Yorkshire where there is so much to see and do.

Thanks Laura and team for a wonderful stay! This is probably the best location for an air bnb in ainthorpe. Directly next to the only pub around and walkable to the Darby castle wedding location. The house was well equipped and clean. Perfect for a group of friends.

This is a beautiful house that is excellently located and offers the perfect place for a getaway to Redcar and the surrounding areas. We stayed with 7 people (5 of which were adult sized) and we didn't trip over each other once. Loads of room, loads of nice little touches. Never mind seaglass, this place is a diamond!

Our stay at Sandfield House was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house is beautifully decorated with a real sense of luxury throughout – every room has been thoughtfully styled, creating a warm, elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Craig and Charlotte were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even added some very special touches to help us celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, which meant so much to all of us. It’s clear that every single detail has been carefully considered – from the amenities to the little extras that made our stay so comfortable. We truly felt lucky to have found such a wonderful place, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend Sandfield House for anyone looking for a truly memorable and luxurious getaway.

Loved Monty House. It is really well decorated, quirky and cleverly laced out. We loved the little touches which made the house a little different. Everything was amazingly well coordinated. There was everything that we could possibly need, with a really well equipped kitchen. Great touches like the Nespresso machine and unusual method of boiling water for drinks! Living rooms were really well done and comfortable. Loved the old railway advert pictures of the local area too. Bedrooms were well done and the beds were all comfortable. Just couldn’t fault the place. Nice and handy for Saltburn with a 10 minute walk into the centre. Lovely quiet street and no problem parking two cars. Love Saltburn and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Katie's place is excellent value for money. We had everything we needed there for a very comfortable stay. We've been advised by the neighbour that we need to mention him in despatches (although he explicitly told us not to mention his kind donation of some homegrown potatoes just in case everyone expects them) 😊. We had glorious weather for our entire stay and made the most of the beautiful beach on our evening walks. It was exactly as we expected (apart from the weather which was even better!).

The place is very new so all recommendations are positive The kitchen needs a few more pans oven trays gravy jug pudding dishes etc But a great Air B&B really good location good parking Bedroom space facilities really good washing machine dish washer oven all a good standard. Bedding quilts the beds amazing sleeps 7 easy in fact 9 if the front room was used 2 good bathrooms I wish the team all the best in the future great job.

Visited last weekend. We were welcomed upon arrival and were greeted by both John and Tricia. Parking was safe and secure. Lodge set in a beautiful peaceful location, John gave us a thorough tour and explained in depth about all facilities. The lodge contained everything you could possibly need including a lovely welcome pack and a bottle of Chilled Cava. Hosts were knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to meet, the visit felt friendly from the start. There are lots of places to visit nearby and it is central to most tourist attractions. John and Tricia couldn’t do enough even offering to come and collect us if we got stranded anywhere on our walk. Visit made even better by the resident miniature horses, dogs and chicken who joined us outside for a glass of cava. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay. It's obvious by the little details that John and Tricia have put everything into getting things just right for their guests. Highly recommended, see you again. Many thanks Ted and Lynn

An absolutely gorgeous house in Saltburn, clearly recently decorated in a really nice style. Me and my family had a great time staying here whilst attending a wedding in nearby Rushpool hall. Very good value for money given how many beds are available.

Olivia’s place was absolutely stunning. It was spotless, clean tidy and clutter free. Very modern interior appliances were 5 star. The balcony was an added bonus the view was absolutely stunning just as described. The cottage was close to local amenities bars restaurants beaches. The host Olivia was prompt in responding to my questions and at the end of phone if needed. We will definitely be back if in Whitby. If you are thinking of staying here I would highly recommend. 😊
