The apartment has its own entrance accessed via stairs from the street. We call it "The Base" because it is perfect to use as a base for a short break in the city or further afield. Briefly, it comprises a lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and a bright and airy double bedroom.

Sunny studio, separate cosy sleeping space, small double bed, and memory foam mattress. Perfect for a couple but it also has a sofa bed (£20 extra bedding) in the living room. New kitchen and bathroom. 3rd floor of a lovely converted hotel. No lift. Dogs are welcome, bring their bed, feeding bowl, and towels, and let us know that you are bringing your pet so that we can ensure soft furnishings are changed for any guests with allergies. Overlooks York wall and Minster. The flat benefits from my parking space in private car park for free, there is only one and is the size of a supermarket car parking space. No stags or Hens.
