House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

On the first floor, there is a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the second floor, there are two very cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house has a charming garden with a barbecue and views of the Picos de Europa. From the house you can walk to do many mountain routes.
