NOIX is in the barn, it has old world charm and modern facilities. Garden patio. It is next to Lake Rouffiac with outdoor sport & beach. There are chateaux, caves, picturesque medieval villages & markets in the area also canoeing & golf. There are 2 other apartments in the barn. No babies, children, teenagers, pets please.

This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

The entrance to the accommodation is independent access from the back of the house.
