We arrived at the accommodation around 10 p.m., Christophe welcomed us with a smile in his charming cabin. He had prepared a fire and put wood aside for our stay. Conscious of our comfort, he even lent us a speaker. Well-insulated cabin, all doors close, easy access accommodation as it is located on the side of the road (very very few passers-by), great bathroom. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, you can admire beautiful woodwork and upcycled or handmade furniture! Special mention to the ceiling of the cabin strewn with phosphorescent stars. Thank you for this trip!

We had a great time at Marie Claire's, the kids were able to enjoy the outdoors from morning to night without us worrying. The dog too. We repeatedly crossed paths with the 3 deer that live in the woods next door! I recommend it 200%!

A dream stay in a wonderful place! The setting is incredible with accommodation located by the lake. The same goes for the hot tub, which also has a breathtaking view of the lake. The very definition of "peaceful haven"... Add to this Jonathan and Polie's great sympathy. And the cherry on the cake for the modest amateur fisherman that I am... a magnificent common carp of 23 kg!!! Personal record broken! :) A big thank you to my hosts, to the hens for their delicious fresh eggs, and of course... see you soon! ;)

House with pool in the countryside

Even before we booked, Romain was very quick to answer questions. Also the day of arrival we could ask another question (about the coffee machine) when we were in the store. Romain is a really friendly, helpful host who always responds super quickly to messages. The house is very spacious and really everything is available in the kitchen to cook for yourself. There is also a barbecue and a plancha but we did not use it. The swimming pool is not very large, but for the 2 of us it was certainly sufficient to look for cooling off. The sheep provided some animation and also Romain's dog occasionally stopped by, but that doesn't bother you if you don't like dogs. The house is located on a connecting road and in the morning and evening you have to take into account a lot of noise from the passing traffic.

An absolutely brilliant place, perfect for our young family. The 'pool house' was superbly equipped with everything we might have needed and more and was modern and comfortable for all of us (2 adults and 2 young kids). The location is very quiet and calm - about 10 mins from the nearest town with supermarkets etc or 30 mins from Bergerac for restaurants and shopping and was a great base for exploring the whole region. Jon and Mathilde were absolutely lovely hosts and made us very welcome, despite our noisy 5 year old! We will have no hesitation in recommending the house to friends and family and if we ever return to the same area we will definitely be re-booking!

Dominique is a very friendly and attentive host. She is very attentive to guests. The house is very functional, the bedding is great.

It was a fantastic experience, our mouth opened as soon as we entered the domain. We thoroughly enjoyed the absolute silence, the nature, the tranquility and the vastness of the domain. Carelle and Stephen were very friendly and were always there for us. Occasionally we got the company of their dogs, blissful to see how the youngest was inseparable from Stephen. This is absolutely recommended for all those who love a quiet stay with only chirping birds in the background! Mieke and Erik
