Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.
