Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. Bagoleko borda is a farmhouse that is over 100 years old and retains all its original wood. There is a wood-burning stove and central pellet heating. We are close to the Bertiz Natural Park and you can access the Aizkolegi Palace from the house. Autumns are spectacular for their variety of shades and especially for picking chestnuts. Outside we have a barbecue with a grill. The village is very quiet and you can see its famous funerary stelae in the church garden
