We, 2 families with 5 kids between 3 and 11 had a magnificient time in Audrey‘s house. While the weather can always be a bit of a challenge in April, the pool was warmed up and hence delivered a ton of joy for all of us. House was very well equipped with all amenities we could wish for. Handover easy, house brilliant, beach around the corner, restaurant around the corner, bakery to easily reach in 10-15 min by foot. So no real negatives. Off-season price seems good too. Thank you Audrey, that we were able to stay in your house.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The stay at Sofi's was lovely. The house, located in a new and quiet subdivision, is very clean and tastefully decorated, it feels very good there. In terms of equipment, there is no freezer, but the remark has been made and will be studied by Sofi. Sofi and her husband are very available and warm during checkout and check-in.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful area. The accommodation is close to the city center which is nice. In addition, the apartment was clean and tidy. Very welcoming small terrace where we were able to share family meals. We found it very comfortable and felt right at home with our 3 children. We're even thinking of booking again. A big thank you.

Very well located accommodation, well-equipped, pleasant to live in, very spacious. The plus: the linen provided (sheets, towels, etc.) it's very nice to arrive in a home where the beds are made. The owners welcome us very kindly, remain very discreet but present in case.

We had a great time at Yves and Scarlett's, everything was perfect! The accommodation is very pleasant, well-equipped, and perfectly suitable for our two children (cot, high chair, toys, etc.). The garden is beautiful and quiet, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and net. We will come back without hesitation!

My friends and I had a lovely weekend. The house is very quiet, parking outside in a cul-de-sac so secure. The living room, the well-lit bedrooms with a large balcony, comfortable beds, very good connection for wifi, with a very nice garden and a jacuzzi. (we were not able to enjoy it, lack of time) A plus for air conditioning in a bedroom and living room (we did not use it given the weather) Thanks to Aurélie and her husband, very welcoming, nothing to say at the TOP. 👍I highly recommend it! A small suggestion: a larger model for the hair dryer

After a lot of research… we arrived at our destination. The house is like the pictures! Pleasant, far from the road so quiet, charming and well-equipped. The bedding in the large bedroom could be more recent...

We had a lovely stay in Martine’s place. The house is beautiful and well-equipped, and the peaceful surroundings make for a restoring stay. It is correctly priced considering the area.

We had a great extended week with friends, the house is perfect for weekends like that even with children because everything is fenced off. The location is ideal to do everything on foot in St Jean and Ciboure.

8 of us ( 3 generations) enjoyed Patricia's house & the exceptional, ever changing views. The house was spotless & very well equipped for lots of cooking. We were blessed with glorious weather which meant we were never forced to sit indoors as the comfy seating is a bit lacking for more than 6 people, although there is plenty outdoors. The sunshine enabled us to go out every day, walking, or with the numerous public transport options, so a car is not necessarily needed. Patricia was very helpful & informative, showing some of us around & offering tips, but a house manual with local information & recommendations would be a useful extra. Thank you Patricia.

As seen with Virginie, the bar stuck, but obviously a varnish problem. The pool was not clean, but our report allowed him to see a technical problem. Top terrace, very peaceful house, within walking distance of small convenience stores. Matches the description. Thanks for the weekend
