Beautiful apartment arranged on the 1st floor of the oldest house in St Jean de Luz in the heart of Rue de la République (pedestrian street with many restaurants). Large beach 30 m. Equipped kitchenette, dining area, living room. A large bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small blind with two children's beds that can be transformed into a 140 cm bed for two adults. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet, air conditioning and gas heating.

It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.
