It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

15 minutes from the beaches, this cottage in a quiet area will allow you to enjoy a heated indoor pool (from Easter to All Saints' Day), a swimming lake with sandy beach (mid-June to mid-September), and play areas for children. This 42 m2 chalet, not overlooked and air-conditioned, comfortable in all seasons on a 350 m2 plot, totally closed, has a covered terrace of 12 m2. It is equipped with a TV (satellite dish) and a Wi-Fi connection in the chalet.

You're staying at a wooden chalet I've built by me. It is south-facing in a very peaceful area. A few meters away, you take advantage of the bike paths to go to the beaches, on the embankment, to the port and why not to Talmont St Hilaire via the coastal road? 1 km away, you have one of the best bakery and +2 km away all local shops. So book, welcome you! STUDENT: Long-term rentals are available from Sunday night to Friday morning.

A small path connects it to the beach of the Republic (150 m) and, beyond, the beach of Veillon, the marina and the golf of 18 holes.
