High-end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, very classy bathroom, small cozy bedroom with a 140 bed, a sofa convertible into a 90 bed in the living room for a child or a 3rd adult. Linens and towels included. Warning, 3 floors without an elevator "to keep you in shape"...

Once your vehicle is parked in a private parking space, enjoy all the nearby activities: bike paths, beach, water activities, boardwalk, pedestrian street, thalasso, golf, forest walks, tree climbing. Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house. For July and August, I prefer weekly rentals.
