Single-story house, modern, cozy, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. It has an enclosed garden that is not overlooked and a large wooden deck. Thanks to its large bay windows, its beautiful light, and its pellet insert, La Villana is pleasant to live in all year round, including in the mid-season and in winter.

Boisvinet family home, summer/winter

House in the Boisvinet neighborhood, close to shops and beach, as pleasant in winter as in summer. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a walk-in shower, 2 toilets including a separate one as well as large storage. The kitchen is equipped and was made by a cabinetmaker. 2 gardens at the front and rear of the house with garden furniture and BBQ. We were still living there very recently. Possibility of long-term rental at a reduced price outside the summer season.
