Lovely stay Very comfortable house Lovely pool Excellent dining table for evenings so we didn’t feel the need to eat out Great swimming area in the village Chateau well worth a visit

We were a group of 6 and had a fantastic time in Rachel's house in Thédirac. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare meals, there were lots of lovely outdoor places to sit and eat, the garden was beautiful and well maintained (and a great source of herbs for cooking), and it was a real treat to walk to the bakery each morning for fresh bread and croissants. It was about 30-60 mins drive from the main attractions, which was fine for half-day or day trips. Couldn't have asked for more.

Absolutely the best place we've ever stayed. Even better than the pictures, so peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!

We have just come back from a wonderful week at Jeanies Gite. We’ve had an amazing time and will be back. The location was idyllic. The accommodation was lovely. The pool was great. And Jeanie was so welcoming. We went to the Dordogne to sightsee but the Gite was so good we stayed there, other than a lovely kayak down the Dordogne. Thank you Jeanie, we will see you again. Soon hopefully!

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

Lovely modern home in a beautiful rustic setting, with chickens, cherry trees and a sweet little truffle hunting dog Lubie on site. Very gracious hosts who communicated well in English. Many charming towns nearby and 12-15 minutes from a good supermarket and shops in Le Bugue. The campground next door was like a cruise ship some evenings but all noise stopped by 11 pm. We loved everything about our stay. Merci!

What can I say apart from wow We came as a couple to recharge and we did The place is really superb, peaceful and quiet The cottage is also up to par and is very well arranged and equipped We were welcomed by Margaux who was very pleasant We'll be happy to go back.

We loved our stay at Geoffrey Et Yohannas. The property had everything we needed and such a beautiful location with the view over Saint Cyprien. We spent many evenings on the terrace enjoying the peace and listening to the birds and the abbey bells ringing. Geoffrey et Yohanna made us feel very welcome and gave great recommendations on where to eat out. It was a fantastic base from which to explore this area of the Dordogne. We hope to come back sometime.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

A very nice little house in the middle of Montignac. We've rarely had such a nice AirBnB. Florie informed us very well and was easily accessible. This cottage is worth a visit.

Jenny and Marc were excellent hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and they are lovely people. The place is beautiful, the view is amazing, the gîte was very comfortable and well equipped. It is such a peaceful and tranquil place and the pool is superb. We cannot fault it at all. Thank you Jenny and Marc!

Our holiday at Morganes House was SO perfekt. I lost my husband four months ago and I needed the peace together with my children and this house was more than perfect for this - so thank you.

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.

Beautiful house, quiet, in the heart of the Périgord Noir. The few days were particularly sunny. In the morning, breakfast on the terrace overlooking the awakening nature. At noon, lunch in the back of the house in the shade in the garden. In the evening, return to the terrace for a sunset dinner. All, not overlooked. The only companions can be neighboring sheep and deer. The house is spacious and nice. And the indoor hammock allows for an original rest, in the cool, when it's hot outside. A lovely location with great views and super garden and pool area. We were meet by the host who showed us around the property which was very comfortable and well equipped. A quiet relaxing area but only 15 mins from Bergerac town.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Sandrine & Stephan's beautiful cottage. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed, having everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. It is in a quiet location set above Bugues, with stunning views. Sandrine was very friendly and gave us lots of advice and tips for visiting places in the area which was really appreciated. They also showed us their beautiful garden which was a really nice touch. We had a problem with the washing machine and Sandrine and Stephan immediately stepped in to sort it out and fitted a new one the next door which we really appreciated. Overall a lovely stay in fabulous accommodation. Thank you.

We enjoyed the time in the beautiful house in Saint Chamassy very much. The house is large and everything you need is there. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. We had some very hot days. In the house, however, it was still cool and pleasant. The terrace is large and shaded. The garden is huge with fruit trees and figs. It is wonderfully quiet. There is so much to explore and see in the area that a holiday is not enough for everything. The contact with Edwige was very good. On site, her brother took great care of us. We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back

Spent very nice days in La Greze. Just a few minutes' drive from Sarlat. Absolutely quiet location, perfectly equipped kitchen.

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Ideal family stay in a delightful setting. The house is charming and comfortable, Julie and her husband are caring hosts, the hamlet of Pechboutier comes straight out of a dream. Just 15 minutes from many prehistoric points of interest (Les Eyzies, Font-de-Gaume, Combarelles...) to the delight of young and old:)

Amazing location with a spectacular view. Very spacious but the bedroom layout was not favourable for the second couple. Stairs could be difficult for people with limited mobility
