Anchors Away - Hot tub & Walk to the Beach

Wow, such a wonder place to stay for a long restful weekend near the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and gorgeously decorated - well beyond the justice the photos provide. The beach was walkable (about 10 minutes) and there were lots of things to do there. The hot-tub was impeccably clean , obviously drained often and well managed. The instructions for the hot-tub/spa were thorough and this immediately became the focal point of our stay. You can watch TV while enjoying the hot-tub and there is plenty of seat in the hot-tub and outside in patio chairs. The area was quiet, family friendly with a park down the road. Two nearby restaurants included a great Cuban restaurant and a decent general (quiet) bar-restaurant just on the fringe of the neighborhood. We were able to see a Falcon 9 night launch from the road. Just a fantastic weekend and wonderful place.... We will be back.

A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

Our stay was excellent! Home was really nice and clean (really important) - It was equipped with everything you can think of! We even bbq’d! Neighborhood was quiet & close to all the places you’re gonna want to see! Prettiest and cleanest beach (Vilano Beach) so close by too. My family and I were so happy here. Many nice memories made. Thank you for having us, til next time St. Augustine, back to Miami we go!

Very beautiful house, spacious and the best location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Coffee/ tea and creamers were waiting for us which was a nice touch. Alina responded immediately to our questions. We highly recommend this house for a fun, restful getaway.

We had a fantastic family stay at Elizabeth’s place in Florida! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. We especially appreciated the bicycles and beach gear provided—it made our trips to the beach so easy and fun. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunrises every morning. It’s also a short drive to St. Augustine’s city centre, which made exploring the area super convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Elizabeth was a fantastic host—very communicative, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We had a great time and the neighborhood is very quiet! The crib was great for our 4 month old. I will say this may not be a house for little kids. It’s a beautiful home but we had to move many nice objects out of reach from our toddler and had to scrub some white linens! Also, the pool is in the neighborhood but it’s not walkable from the house. We didn’t realize that when we booked. Also, there was no broom available so we had to vacuum constantly. This could have just been a simple oversight. Overall the home is nice and worth the price. But if you have toddlers I would take extra care. There were 5 of us total (2 adults and 3 kids) and this house had plenty of space for all of us!

I booked the house because of its location (on the corner of Magnolia - the most beautiful street in America) and because of the main bathroom. The house was so stunning and made us feel right at home. The closeness to Vilano Beach, Our Lady of La Leche Shrine, and the historic area was such a bonus.

JT was an awesome and thoughtful host. The property was modern and well equipped. Loved the location and everything about it. When the hurricane came in JT was responsive, compassionate and worked tirelessly with the power company to get power restored. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and property for our stay!
