Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint Augustine South

This is a nice little house—perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed being able to sit on the porch & visit without disturbing the late sleepers in our group. The house is about a 45 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions—-so do-able for most. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean—well stocked! We would stay here again & recommend this house.

We had to leave early to beat a major storm in the midwest, we managed to evade it but showed up way early. We were all exhausted but had about 8 hours till check in, we texted Sally at a Buc-ee’s at about 7:30 am and she replied not even five minutes later. Luckily the house had been cleaned the day prior and got an expedited check in. She was an excellent host with clear instructions for checking out and made the trip all the more relaxing and memorable. we had neighbors but we never really knew I thought there had to be a sound barrier of some kind. I would definitely pick this spot again, its a gem.

Carolina’s place was perfect for my husband and 2 fur babies. We came to town for a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was a perfect location with a short walk. We took full advantage of being so close to Anastasia Island and enjoying the swimming pool and large yard! I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. I was traveling with my elder parents and my young nephew, and the place was perfect for all of us. Nathalie & Mike’s place make us feel at home.

Charming cozy and comfortable. Close to historic district and very close to local friendly pub. And Ashley is a wonderful host, very friendly responsive and flexible.

Stayed a night for a concert at the amphitheater, very conveniently located! Host was very responsive to the few questions I had.

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

Great stay at Geni & Chris's place. Quiet neighborhood and building. Walkable to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Comfy bed and pillows. The only suggestion I have is that they put curtains in the bedroom, the sun comes in bright and early, and if you're light sleepers like we are, it is impossible to sleep past 6am in the room. That's purely personal preference though, and we still throughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a mile from historic downtown St. Augustine, which made it incredibly easy and straightforward to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and sights. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, offering a peaceful retreat after each day of enjoying downtown. The space itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining it. The pillows were unbelievably soft and comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning! Everything we could possibly need was already there—fully stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Highly recommend this gem if you're planning a trip to St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. Loved the place! Cozy, clean and convenient! Loved being able to bring my dog with me - my dog loved it! If we travel to St Augustine again we will happily stay there again

I had an amazing stay at this condo! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery made the experience unforgettable. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The condo itself was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall layout was spacious and inviting. We enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine Beach at Todd's listing. The best part of the rental is the beach access which is about a 10 minute walk from the unit or you can park closer in visitor spots to get to the beach and beach pool even sooner. The place was clean, AC was great, and the shower was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Todd was very responsive and friendly.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to start our St. Augustine adventures. Located in the heart of the historic downtown we were just a few feet away from all you want to see in this incredible city. The historic building was beautiful. The access was easy after we were finally able to check in, not one minute before four. Parking was offsite a short walk. We were not allowed to park 25 minutes early to gather our belongings for the room. The condo was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. It would definitely be great for a longer stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in Todd’s place he was a great host, with great communication. The condo had everything you would need on your beach getaway. Easy walk to the ocean. Beach was very clean and in a great location. I rate condo, host and beach a 10!!! Can’t wait to go back to St. Augustine beach.

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jordan's place. The place was comfortable, clean, quiet and had lots to do within walking distance. We will definitely be looking this place up next time we are in the area.
