Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint Augustine South

A nice place at the Euro Village. Our stay was great! It was safe, comfortable, and peaceful. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer (shared between two units in a foyer). The private parking was well labeled and close to the elevator - so was the unit, which made it easy to haul our luggage. We were able to sit and listen to music in the center from our balcony. There was a cute little market on Sunday. We even saw hermit crabs at low tide on the St Joe Walkway across the street - which the village had a legitimate pedestrian crossing to access. Arlene and Caio were very responsive. We would stay again.

Location was absolutely perfect. Super walkable to all the sights of the city and didn’t have to worry about parking. Very cozy place and very comfortable. Definitely recommend

We have used vrbo/Airbnb for the last nine years to travel. Connie's home in St Augustine stands out as one of the best! Connie is a very responsive host and the property is well stocked with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. This feels like a home. We are repeat visitors to this property and hope it's always available for our travels.

Like most other reviews say, the location is perfect in that you can walk to pretty much everything from restaurants to historical places to museums and other attractions yet it's tucked enough out of the way from the crowds and noise to peacefully recover from all your sightseeing. The place was easy to find, great that you get a dedicated parking spot off the street and check in was simple. Inside was clean, looked like the posted pictures & felt very comfortable with the furnishings and decor. Bed was comfortable, linens clean, good quality towels and kitchenette was well equipped. Only two things to mention - it's a downstairs unit and you will hear the movements of anyone directly upstairs (walking around and toilet flushes) and neither window A/C produced any heat despite both having heat settings. This isn't a problem for the majority of the year in St. Augustine but my visit just happened to have two nights in the upper 40's/low 50's. At least the shower was nice & hot!

Best airbnb ever!!! The location was perfect, right by the main downtown but still removed enough to feel cozy. Charming old florida style, felt like an apartment/homey vs a sterile airbnb. Safe neighborhood, gorgeous. And Spinster Abbotts is a must - do trivia on Wednesdays!

This was our first time in the St. Augustine area so we weren’t sure the best place to stay- in town or near the beaches. This spot was perfect and convenient to both! We had about a 30 minute walk to town which worked out well because parking is limited downtown. There was a nice small convenience store nearby as well. Quiet neighborhood, perfect set up inside! Very comfortable, we can’t wait to return.

This apartment is perfect if you're looking for a quiet place Uptown, walkable and near some great shops. It is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The cafe next door is good, plus other restaurants nearby (thinking of Raintree!). Don't miss the store below the apartment. Way fun! This place can be a challenge to find by car, but Valerie's directions are spot on. Free parking in the back, well lit. Don't miss the secret walkway in the back that provides a shortcut to San Marco on foot! I would recommend this apartment to my friends! Enjoy!

A Wonderful Stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rachel’s apartment was absolutely wonderful—super comfortable, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. It’s just a short 7–10 minute walk to the historic district, which made it so easy to explore the city without needing to drive (parking can be a bit pricey, so walking is definitely the way to go!). The apartment itself felt like a home away from home, and Rachel was an incredible host—always attentive, checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and quick to respond to any questions. Everything was super clear and smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

Beautiful home for my family and I. This was our trip we took for our 1 year wedding anniversary, it couldn’t have gone better. House was clean and beautiful, everything was so walkable and any drives were no longer than 10 mins. Would definitely stay here again!

It looked just like the pictures on the web site. Very easy to find. Very clean. Lovely neighborhood. Kelly was very easy to understand and deal with. This was my first time staying at an AB&B. Only place to stay from now on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well laid out with all the amenities we needed. We cooked a couple of large meals, and the kitchen had plenty of room. The backyard and pool area were secluded and very private. If you are pulling a wagon when going to the beach, we found it best to go north a couple blocks and take the public wooden walk over the sand dunes. We hope to come back next year.

We stayed at Ashley’s place for 4 nights while visiting St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay, felt safe and comfortable and are grateful for such a wonderful space for us and our pooches to rest and relax after busy walking around old town during the day.

4th stay at one of Sally's places. Very enjoyable trip. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach and several restaurants. Not far from historic St. Augustine.

We liked our stay, Martin and his co-hosts were proactive and very responsive. The place was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook us a dinner a night we did not feel like going out. Thanks!

Heidi's was one of two condos next to one another that we rented for a family week. Beautiful, clean, and incredibly well equipped. Kitchen had everything you might need, and a closet was stacked with beach toys and equipment. Pack 'n play available. We've been going to Hibiscus for 30-plus years, and this is one of the best units we've stayed in. Pool and hot tub right outside; short walk to the beach.

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

Great location for beach access. Private, quiet, pool and hot tub a bonus. Clean, bright, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved staying here, hope to be back. Recommend 100 percent.

quiet and clean with a great pool area!

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Cathy’s condo. It has been recently renovated and is fresh, cute, and comfortable! Cathy communicated well and frequently to make sure all was good for us. We would enjoy staying there again.
