We were very comfortable at this BNB and there’s 8 of us! Everything was super clean and spacious. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d love to stay here again

We had the best experience at Uncle Reggie’s Beach House! Beautiful home and perfect location close to everything. We really appreciated the bikes and all of the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Our pup loved the beautiful and spacious fenced-in backyard! We had a great time and enjoyed the house. The host was very responsive. The views were beautiful. Historic St. Augustine is a quick drive away. There are other restaurants and ice cream places in walking distance. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. I’m sure we will be going back again soon.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the fountain of youth and this spot was the perfect location. Walkable to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Great location for the beach. Beds extremely comfortable. Liked ping pong table. Wasn't noisy even though on A1A. If bringing pets, might want to bring rugs or small bed for them to lay on instead of bare concrete floor.

We enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine Beach at Todd's listing. The best part of the rental is the beach access which is about a 10 minute walk from the unit or you can park closer in visitor spots to get to the beach and beach pool even sooner. The place was clean, AC was great, and the shower was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Todd was very responsive and friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described- clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the whole process super easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect: quiet, safe, and close to all the local spots we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home.

We stayed here with our 3 boys (9, 14 & 15) and my wife’s parents. Mom and Dad (along with my wife) grew up in St. Augustine and dad is in less than good health. We had the rest of the family come to town for a reunion. The house was wonderful for entertaining and the pool/gazebo was perfect for our evening gatherings. The kids LOVED the pool and we all did a lot of fishing off the dock. Beware of low tide though because there is very little water in the creek. However, at high tide it was absolutely beautiful!! Sunsets, spoonbills, turtles were all around and I even caught a big Sting Ray! We loved hanging out in the lanai and everyone slept very well at night. Overall an absolutely wonderful little gem in St Augustine!!

To start, this was my first time renting an AirBnB & I was a little nervous considering some horror stories I have read of other peoples experiences. Suffice to say that my experience was not in any way shape a bad one. Naya was extremely easy to communicate with and put my mind at ease. The house was immaculate and exactly as the photos described, if not better. The house was very spacious, including all the bedrooms and especially the master bedroom and master bathroom. We had all the amenities as described online. The location is perfect if you're going to the beach, just a few miles away. The house is located off a main street that has all the grocery stores and many restaurants around. If we wouldn't have been traveling around to visit family we would have been very comfortable at the house for the whole week with so much to do and visit around us. Downtown St. Augustine is just a few miles away as well and streets are very easy to drive and get around. Perfect host & home!

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

A nice cozy Airbnb in a great location. The beds were very comfortable and there was adequate space for us and our two dogs. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and gave some nice recommendations of local St. Augustine attractions.

The home was perfect for our large family. The bedrooms were spacious, and the common area was large enough for plenty of entertaining. The location was amazing as we explored many parts of St. Augustine with ease. We would absolutely recommend this home. Thanks Jeff.

My Fiancée and I visited Matt’s house to celebrate my graduation. The house was not only easy to find, but was in a very inviting and vibrant neighborhood. The house itself was perfect for the stay, nothing too big or too small, with a quick and easy drive to downtown, and all the beaches you could ask for. The only suggestion I would add is a microwave would be a good addition, but outside of that, we had a blast with not only the destination, but also the house!

The house was beautiful inside and newly renovated. Plenty of beds to sleep in and an amazing master shower. It was about 15 minutes or so to downtown or the beach.

Favorite Airbnb stay for my wife and me. This was our 3rd time here and as usual, we were 100% pleased. Can't wait to return next year!!

Went for my husbands birthday and have 7 guest which included two kids. It was very clean and spacious, and the beautiful backyard was perfect for the birthday dinner. The host was more than helpful by having toys and a pack and play on hand. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. We did a lot of sightseeing and being able to come back to such a cozy, welcoming and clean home meant everything to us. The hot tub was my personal favorite! Dani was very nice and any messages were answered promptly. I would definitely stay again.

This place looked exactly like the pictures.....I messaged asking if we could park a Uhaul truck there since we were moving & he said no problem....There was a grill in the back which came in handy....I would love 2 come back again if we r in St Augustine ....
