Dirk and Annie’s house is the ultimate Airbnb experience. It’s everything that a guest could hope for. Attentive hosts - including home baking, excellent restaurant recommendations and being on hand for our enquiries during our stay. The house itself is homely, with all items that you would need for a holiday in Xàbia. Beach towels, beach chairs, parasols, foldable bikes - the list goes on. There is an abundance of towels, robes and other items to make your stay luxurious. The hot tub and gym were added bonuses. The balconies and garden areas are beautiful. Sadly it wasn’t the season for the pool yet but it is very well situated and we are sure it is lovely in the height of summer. The house is walking from the old town and an easy drive from the Arenal beach and the port. Xàbia is a lovely town, with excellent restaurants and a beautiful location. We couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more. It’s a gem, as are the hosts - we do hope to return.

The stay was great. Everything was perfect. A relative arrived first, so I wasn't there at check-in and I didn't meet Maite, but the person who met her says she's very nice. The place is very quiet, ideal for staying with family or friends.

Beautiful home, Oscar went out his way to make sure we enjoyed every single hour we stayed there, he sent a full list of local places to eat at and visit. Constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing well, a sort of hospitality i’ve never seen before. He went so far to help out with any single matter. I would definitely come back here 100%

An ideal location and appartement for staying in Calpe.

listing consistent with photos erik is super friendly and responsive but we did not meet him. the terrace is superb with an amazing view the essentials for cooking the beds are good The residence is very good with the pool next door without too many people we tested the hammam and we went to the bellavista pool at times when there is no one there (3pm/5pm). it's quiet in the residence and you have to respect it, it's not a party-goer residence but rather for family. beach 15 minutes away in oliva we 100% recommend

Leo has been a great host, he responds quickly and is very attentive and pleasant. His apartment is very well located for those looking to enjoy a few days of relaxation, just a very clean and wide beach street. In addition, it is surrounded by restaurants and locals for those who enjoy gastronomic tourism, and only 5 minutes by car from downtown Denia. The apartment was very clean and tidy and has everything that could be needed for a few days, we appreciated the presence of air conditioning and the beds were quite comfortable. It also has a large common pool, which is sometimes somewhat difficult to find in apartments so close to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation thanks to Leo's facilities and kindness.

The photos don’t do this Airbnb justice! Such a beautiful house and gorgeous surroundings. The view is stunning, sea view from both bedrooms and the patio, went to sleep every night listening to the waves! Begoña was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and helping us book a taxi to the airport with very prompt answers. Very peaceful place, great to relax. Maybe a 35 min walk to El Campello town which is very doable. Right beside the tram which you can take into El Campello if you don’t want to walk, or other towns. We visited Alicante, Benidorm and Altea which were very accessible by the tram. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Fernando was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very good mattress. Good sunny balcony. Lovely area and a short walk to the sandy beach with restaurants. Lovely walks in the mountains and coastline. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was an excellent choice. We felt very comfortable and the cleanliness was a 10, everything was impeccable. Totally recommended for its comfort and care. Very pleasant stay!

If you are looking for some peace and tranquillity, then this is it! Climbing, walking, cycling on the doorstep... or just lounge in their beautiful garden and pool! Large towns and beaches just a 30min drive away. The hosts were on hand but not obtrusive. Conny's eggs and marmalade were the best I've tasted! When my husband hurt his knee (not at the apartment!) they couldn't have been more helpful with hospital information ... they even lent us crutches! We are already looking to rebook later in the year. Thank you x

Petra is a responsive, discreet and kind person☺️. The apartment was ideal, clean and 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. We had a peaceful time by the pool which is great👍. I would recommend it 100% Petra.

We loved how beautifully decorated the flat was, and the fact that everything you needed was there. The small complex is very well looked after and ideal for a break in the sun. So much to explore nearby. We have already booked to go back!
