Monthly Rentals in Sacramento River

Had a great stay at the Sunrise cottage. As the name suggests, great view of the sunrise. I think one of the better locations out of all the cottages. Didn't have foot traffic right in front, and close proximity to the car, bathroom, and kitchen. The place had a few other guests but felt super quiet and private. Bathrooms, although shared, were always clean. Great nature surroundings while being only less than 15 min or so away from downtown.

As always, this is our favorite place to stay in the Chico area. The location is easily accessible to our family, restaurants and other amenities that make the farm the perfect place for us. Linda is a great host and we looking to visit soon.

Over all the place is a nice size for the price. The unit is well equipped The trees in the driveway leave sap on your car so park on street if you want to avoid that. The unit is next to another rand on the same lot as the main house which has rooms rented individually. So it's a busy house in a loud neighborhood.

Neils place was very nice especially for the price and he had gotten back to me within the same evening about checking into his airbnb. Would definitely stay again.
