Private suite vacation rentals in Sacramento River

Four of us celebrated a night away from children and this was a nice cozy spot for four close friends to share. We felt like birds in a nest, while we enjoyed the stunning views. Communication was beyond exceptional and we were so happy with our stay!

I knew the house would be rustic, so I brought my camping gear. I did not need them. The kitchen was well equipt. I could cook anything I needed to make on the hot plate or in the microwave/toaster. There was also a smoker and like 5 BBQs. Do not be worried about cooking. The location is awesome. It is so close to so many things.. or you can just hang out on the property. We spent a day on the property and a day exploring. We spent every night in the hot tub. It was glorious. The bed is very comfortable!

Lynne and her husband and her dogs received us with open arms. They took time out of their day to get to know us a little and even introduced us around the property. Lynne was very helpful in explaining the amenities in the room and how to use everything. She was also helpful in recommending a few places to go around and explore. She had recommended us to go visit a tulip garden and it was without a doubt a very beautiful spot. A very cinematic and safe experience. We will back in the future! I've stayed here now a couple times, once with my wife (couples trip) and this visit just myself (visiting friends). Both time Sage was awesome! Great communication and very friendly. The Sauna was a good detox in the morning.

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

Great place new point Reyes station. Very remote neighborhood and felt like a nice little getaway. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived so she turned on the sauna for us which was really nice. Overall great stay!

Wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described. Very serene and quiet. Excellent option if you need to get some work done like I did—WiFi is fast and there is a large monitor. Hot tub was very private. Perfect location—10ish minutes to Guerneville in one direction, 20 to Healdsburg. Beautiful drive in both directions. Heat and AC worked well but there is also a space heater and fan :)

Joyce and I truly appreciated everything about this Airbnb rental. Not only were we able to enjoy our visit to Roseville, we were also able to have my 83 year old sister come to visit us, have a great meal together and even did a Zoom conference with two of her children living in Washington who she has not seen for a number of years. Though I could continue with the accolades, perhaps the best reference is quoting my sister in saying, "I can't believe what a beautiful place you guys are staying in!" We had a medical emergency and this place was perfect for our needs. Jaqui right on it for anything we needed. The place is very well equipped.

Trey's place is cozy with some really beautiful art. Very well thought out amenities and super quiet and peaceful.

The space is modern and clean in a very convenient location in midtown area. I greatly appreciated the guest parking pass for street parking! The bed was very comfy, and the shower was nice with great water pressure. My stay took place over the weekend and Corby made me aware of the nearby bar and grill in advance, while providing ear plugs and a white noise machine which was very thoughtful. I didn’t mind the activity at all, especially for how nice, clean, convenient and secure the location was. The amenities were sufficient and I didn’t find myself needing anything extra. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

I fell in love with Tan's place. He spared no expense in building a beautiful suite for his guests. The bed is amazing and the bathroom felt like a high end hotel. I recommend this place to everyone. 10++++

This is an exceptional place! The kitchen has a beautiful old butcher block, a restaurant quality gas range and oven. The hosts were responsive, Rachel even helped me carry some of my things down the 30 or so stairs from the parking area! It looks daunting, but I am a reasonably fit 65 year old woman with 2 artificial hips and I managed it just fine! 😁 The bed is super comfortable, the washer and dryer were clean and worked like new. The deck was shady and cooled nicely in the evenings and early mornings during the 100°+ heat wave we experienced. In fact the unit stayed 20 or 30 degrees cooler than outdoors on the hottest days, despite having no air conditioner. The refrigerator was spotless with a full water filter pitcher and full ice tray on arrival. The freezer was super cold, and it only took an hour to freeze more cubes when needed. I've stayed in a lot of AirBnb rentals over the years, and this was one of the very nicest. I hope to stay here again when in the area!
