Great cozy place. There was everything you needed. It's very quiet at night. Via a cul-de-sac, which branches off from the parallel road, you can easily walk to the center of Meissen in about 15 minutes. Very friendly hosts who responded quickly to questions.

Marika is a super host. She has good communication. She is welcoming and very kind. The place is amazing, it's easy to find it. Check-in was easy too. It is worth staying in this apartment.

A super nice place to stay! According to the motto "small but fine", everything you need for a stay is available. We enjoyed the cozy apartment with the great location close to many hiking trails and attractions. Highly recommended, especially in the fall!

Cozy small apartment on two floors in an old farmhouse. It is all newly furnished but the old charm is preserved. When I was there alone, I only used the bed in the TV room. However, there is no couch there. The otherwise very beautiful and practical kitchen-living room would still benefit from a kettle. A small starting package for the first day is there (but partly for a fee). I felt very comfortable, especially because of the location on the edge of the place between the hiking trail and the fields.

We had a really great long weekend at Lila's place. The cabin was very cozy and we enjoyed heating with the wood stove. The outdoor kitchen has everything you need and gives the holiday extra flair. Lila is super nice and helpful, we'll be happy to come back sometime:)

Thank you for the nice stay. The hosts are just super friendly and since they live in the same house, they are also easy to reach. The apartment was sparkling clean! The reception was also great and provided with all the information in advance, so that the arrival worked smoothly. Great hikes start from the Deçin 5 kilometers away. Even though the cabin is relatively remote and in the middle of the countryside, the windows go out on one to a large street. From the late evening, however, there are hardly any cars.

Monika was great host! Very friendly and helpful. Place was very cosy and clean. Right outside of the house is forest. Wonderful! I bet in late spring it’s even nicer there. It’s good place to be. I recommend it.

Listing is as described and photos - easy to reach by car, quiet, green, with all the amenities advertised. It does not benefit from all the luxury sought after by some, but it is perfect for quiet holidays away from the useless hubbub of the capitals... Take into consideration however that the spiral staircase is really narrow and only allows the simultaneous passage of one person. Climbing a wide suitcase on the floor can be problematic (unpacking on the ground floor will be easier!). Staircase climbs and descents could also be a problem for those with moving problems - it could be too steep. Ludmila is friendly, available and responsive. I will highly recommend the space /location.

We stayed here one week in winter. Communication with Jaroslav was at every time easy and uncomplicated. The room is cosy and very bright with its four windows. The house is very good situated, the forest is near and a nice restaurant right over the street. Doubice is a very calm village, at least in the winter. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

Karen and Enrico are unique hosts. The open, friendly approach made us feel welcome right away. The apartment and garden are a gem in a scenic, beautiful environment. Silence, nature, orchards, hiking trails and Pillnitz Castle almost in front of the house. The apartment is very cozy and superbly equipped. The fireplace was already burning as a welcome, so we could immediately warm up relaxed on the large sofa. Two days clearly not enough for this lovingly renovated and designed "Alte Post." We will be back and thank Karen and Enrico warmly for this feel-good and powerful place and for welcoming us.

Veronika was very kind, helpful, and whatever we needed, she was happy to accommodate us. The place has a nice sitting on the terrace to the garden, where we had breakfast and dinner. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in the Bohemian Paradise, I definitely recommend it.

The location of the apartment has a lovely garden, pool and a nice view. We enjoyed the stay with a group of 5 people.

Cozy and very well-equipped apartment, great as a starting point to the Bohemian Central Mountains. The kids had the biggest success with the train set (the tracks led from the kitchen to the bedroom).

Peggy called me the day we were to arrive to explain that the accommodation we had booked was no longer available but that she had another apartment. On arrival, we were shown an equally stunning apartment on the first floor. The one we had booked was ground floor but this made no difference to us. The accommodation is in the Strehlen suburb, only 10 mins on a direct tram from the main station so really easy to get to. The area is just amazing! Quiet, friendly and with all you need on the doorstep. Very close to Grosser Garten. The apartment is just perfect. My only complaint would be there is no iron and the washing machine is actually in the owners house & although we were allowed to use it, this felt a little awkward. A point to note is that Peggy & Torsten speak little English so communication could be an issue. I speak German so it wasn’t a problem for us.

I highly recommend this apartment to everyone. We quickly received a response from your host. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment, towels, bed linen are all clean. There are all necessary utensils. Comfortable furniture, beds - which is very important. We slept soundly. The parking is great. The place itself is very accommodating. I wanted to stay longer there. We were very satisfied.

A very honest and friendly Jürgen! Room with plenty of space, a kitchen with everything you need. Despite the fact that they modernize, we didn't do anything about it, on the contrary, we will definitely be back to see how it has become! The residence is located in a unique and quiet location, but a lovely bakery and shops are not far away!
