Great location for those visiting NYU Abu Dhabi. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, and the university.

This place exceeds expectations and is simply wonderful. Well kitted for small children Well kitted for big children The balcony was wonderful for kids to play and adults to enjoy We fully used the facilities: playground, swimming pool, beach, hotel restaurant for breakfast, and the two restaurants in the square. The pharmacy came in very handy and, of course, the supermarket. The hosting team (Lola and Kenneth) were highly responsive and friendly. This has become our place in Abu Dhabi.

Great apartment, well equipped, friendly host, parking included, beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The mattresses if you are more than 2 guests are quite thin, we doubled them and our kids slept perfectly. Otherwise excellent.

We spent an amazing 3 weeks in Sylvie’s appartment in Mamsha. The view from the balcony was to die for, looking onto the beach and the aquamarine sea, a gorgeous place to relax with morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The appartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, it has a lovely feel very calm and relaxing. You are also right in the doorstep of many amazing bars and restaurants Niri being our favourite. It is also close to the Louvre which is a must see. Sylvie was a fantastic host meeting us and showing us round the appartment making sure we had everything. The chocolates she gave us were a lovely surprise. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, the appartment is gorgeous and in the best location. We would most definitely stay there again.
