Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saadiyat Island

Moh was super responsive and his place was great! You can walk 30 minutes to reach the Masdar City Center and the MBZUAI University. Otherwise, you may need to drive. Moh gave me a ride from the airport to his place, and he is quite friendly indeed. I appreciated his quick and detailed responses! I highly recommend his place!

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Mohammed’s apartment was very nice and close to yas marina. Great parking in front of apartment, place was clean and check in and check out process were very easy Mohammed was a great host, very responsive and helpful and kind

Mohamed is one of the best hosts that our eyes have ever witnessed. He was always very attentive, clean and cery responsive. Takes a lot of pride in his rental property which shows directly in how he treats his tenants. Accomodation itself was nothing crazy but very clean and perfectly described. Would recommend this accomodation for anyone that has a stay in abu dhabi, but i would also recommend having a car since it is far away from any activities. All in all great experience. !!! The room was exactly the way it looked in photos. Nothing extraordinary simple yet effective. The best part about the stay was host. He was fast to respond and helped me with literally everything from stay to experiences.

A good home for families, quiet, and the place is clean and good price

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!

Perfectly adequate flat in the nice Water's Edge community, with good cafes and supermarket in the building next door. Two things stood out - excellent soundproofing (building is full of people but we only had minor sound bleeding through the door), and a nice balcony I worked from. Two things to be mindful of is that this community is directly into the flight path to nearby airport, and that that there is an ongoing construction nearby. This did not bother us, but if it bothers you, you should know. Mohamed was a great host, responding fast and helping with the things. Overall happy with my stay

10/10 Everything was absolutely amazing. Shahzeen was extremely accommodating, always responsive within minutes if not seconds. Her hospitality as a host is unquestionable, we felt at home. I highly recommend booking with Shahzeen! Will definitely be booking with her on our next trip to Abu Dhabi

The stay was more than wonderful. The place was clean, quiet, and pleasant. Communication with the owner was very easy—he was friendly, responsive at all times, and understanding. The bathroom was very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It truly felt like home. Kind regards

The facilities inside are just as great as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city center. At first, I was a bit unsure because I had to wait a while during check-in, and the building exterior doesn’t look very impressive. But once I got inside, it was totally worth it. Tip for future guests: it’s best to contact the host about an hour before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. Overall, a great stay and I’d be happy to come back!

This location will probably be 'The Place to be' in two years. When all the museums are standing and the construction work is completed. The view is wonderful. However, I would inquire beforehand whether the beach is now finished. This should probably be the case in 2-3 weeks… Letting the shutters up and down by remote control is almost like James Bond. The whole apartment is furnished to a high standard and very clean. The staff extremely friendly and the Carrefour almost entirely accessible in-house via a shortcut. Please check with the staff. A wonderful place.

I had a fantastic experience! The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing me to keep my bags after check-out, which was a big help. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent—close to Abu Dhabi Airport and Yas Mall, which made exploring the area very convenient. We loved every bit of staying at this chic place. I would most definitely go back, Mohammed was a helpful host making sure we got checked in and gave us recommendations for activities.

The marina view is stunning and the apartment is very spacious - overall a good stay there were some minor flaws here and there (e.g., a jacket was left on the balcony by don't know who / the bathroom ceiling makes strange noises when you open and close the door) but after you got used to it everything was fine will still come back for the view and the comfort level!

I loved the apartment. If you are an alone woman, you will love it too. Everything was clean. They put some coffees and teas, which was a nice touch. Towels, clean sheets, comfortable bed and even candles. Thank you for such a nice stay, I would stay in this airbnb again.
