Vacation rentals with beach access in Saadiyat Island

Fabulous studio apartment, very central to everything including Mall and theme parks on Yas Island. Apartment and complex facilities were very nice and clean and eveyone was really friendly. Would definitely use this apartment again as Anastasia communicated so well theoughout our stay.

The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

I had a very comfortable week here. Everything I needed for daily life was fully provided. I could use several gyms and swimming pools anytime I wanted. There’s a large Carrefour just a 1-minute walk away, right inside the apartment complex, which made grocery shopping super convenient. Even better, there’s a liquor store and a cozy pub on-site. And for coffee lovers, there’s a great café—Lora Coffee—right in the complex as well.

The location is amazing and perfect for my family of 4. It’s in great location to all the parks which made it so flexible. And also with Yas mall being so close we could easily dine out or get takeaway in.

Mona was an awesome host! She responds quickly to messages. There are a couple of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but she was very receptive and appreciative that I brought them to her attention. If you stay here know that there are two different check in desks because the building is also a hotel which I didn’t know. There was a little confusion about where to check in at first. You want the desk for the residences. There are many things to do on the property including live bands on some nights. I had my first Turkish bath there and it was amazing! There is a supermarket across the street at the mall and a food court if you want to dodge the high prices at the resort. The Persian Gulf view is amazing and so is the sunset. However, compared to what the hotel guests are paying for all inclusive I find this Airbnb to be somewhat overpriced.

Very nice, the Host is very nice, what I am most satisfied with is that his house has an induction cooker, you can make hot pot, awesome, family, I ate hot pot in Abu Dhabi

We had a nice stay in Fadels House. He helped us with everything. There are no Supermarket around but we ordered by Talabat App. It was fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the bed super comfortable. Thank you Fedal for opening your house for us and the other guests. We appreciate it.

Myself and my family had the most amazing stay at Jerome’s Beach House. Everything was perfect from location to the Villa itself. The Villa has been finished to an immaculate standard and is in the perfect location for all travelers, especially those travelling with children. Private beach, pool and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Also overlooking the golf course with an incredible view of the sunset. Jerome is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everything in the Villa was supplied and even things like coffee and enough water for our entire visit. Little touches which other hosts do not think of. I cannot recommend this highly enough. The best Airbnb I have had the pleasure to stay in.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! It’s very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. The surroundings are beautiful—just a short walk to the beach, kids’ play area, and parks. Moeed is an exceptional host with great communication, always helpful and even went above and beyond what we expected. Both the place and Moeed come highly recommended!

I had a great time staying. Cynthia was helpful, accommodating and thorough. The property is well-maintained and coordinated. Although my stay was cut short due to my personal circumstances. I will stay there again. A++++

A good home for families, quiet, and the place is clean and good price

I am falling short of words to describe how beautiful is this place and home. we were t here for 2 nighits and these became memorable. the lcoation is great, the view is fantastic both day and night. at the waterfront, little beach location. great restaurants under the building. grocery store under too. a mall opposite. easy flow of cabs. we visited ferrari world and warner bros on 2 seperate days. the cab fare was good and saved us money instead of living at yas which was way expensive than the travel to and fro. fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. meticulously decorated home with tiny pieces dipicting the culture and art. must book again. the host kept a surprise gift for us when we arrived which coincidentally had things we had forgotten from home. so very kind of her and also touching on customer delight.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Wow the photos do this apartment no justice. What an impeccable set up, with everything catered for and such a treat to find the table so beautifully set up. Thanks you my daughter had an incredible 12th Birthday celebration. Hajarah you have completely out done yourself and I give you a 6 star!
