A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. Cati & Paolas place was one of the most beautiful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly well decorated, the swimming pool was a dream and it had all the amenities we needed. It was around 15min drive to the beaches on the Santanyi side and I could not recommend this place enough! Already planning to come back soon. Thank you for everything!

We have just spent a fabulous week at Ca Na Ciara. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had every convenience. My son enjoyed going in the pool every day. The views are wonderful from every aspect of the house, it feels very private as you are not overlooked. Astrid is welcoming, she left home grown oranges and passion fruit as weĺl as milk, water, beer, wine and cake in the fridge for when we arrived, she is friendly, helpful and her dogs are a joy too. Thank you Astrid for a wonderful stay.

My wife and I had a terrific stay in this spacious apartment. Hubert warmly greeted us, showed us around the apartment, and gave us helpful tips on what to do in the area. He even provided us with beverages and some delicious snacks for our first evening. We felt at home, and the apartment has everything we needed to cook meals, including all the utensils and some spices. This place is only steps from a long sandy beach and an oceanfront walking path. We highly recommend Hubert's apartment!

Our stay at the Villa Mercury was fantastic. Jorge, our host was waiting for us at the property and walked us around it. The Villa is conveniently located near the beach (roughly 100 m to it) - and there are bike rentals, car rentals, and restaurants in walking distance. The Villa is definitely a very good location if you’re visiting in the summer because of the proximity to the beach. Everything inside the house was clean - the only "issue" you may encounter is that the Wi-Fi will not work in the last bedroom. This was not a real problem for us. We enjoy very much our coffee on the terrace in the front of the house!

We had a great week at Joan's place. Listing matches the photos and there's plenty of space. The nights are quiet. The terrace with mountain views is really nice. The listing is located in a typical small town away from major tourist areas. There is life and we were lucky enough to enjoy local parties. Parking is always available on the street. Joan is a responsive host. The kids really enjoyed the little touches at check-in.

We had a wonderful experience with our group of 5. Two grandparents were traveling with us and everyone was very comfortable. We loved walking to the ocean front every day and trying different restaurants - our favorite was El Baul, but you must get reservations ahead of time! Just a short drive over to Cala d'Or for more bustling night life and a big supermarket. We also found a wonderful sailboat charter that is equipped with a hydrolic lift that made it accessible for our grandparents to get down to the water at our stops along the way: Vita-bel with Capt. Nigel. We went to the street market in Santanyí on Saturday and visited Sant Salvador. So much to see and experience in the area - we can't wait to come back again!

Very, very quiet beautiful location. Exactly what we were looking for and needed. The house, the terrace and the beautiful pool allowed us great and relaxing days. We felt very comfortable. Very clear recommendation. The contact with Guillermo was also very good, we needed help once because of the electricity and Guillermo was on site within 10 minutes.

Amazing. The owner of the House was very helpful. Super well-equipped home. In the great place for those who want to be far from the confusion. It has a giant pool, very well treated. We just felt there were a lot of mosquitoes getting bitten. It has plenty of space and has everything we need, even those little extras that sometimes are not so necessary to buy. We very much like it, a fairly easy check-in as well as check out. The owner of the house stopped staying until the end of the day.

The place Can Fred by David is highly recommended. The location is great. With a rental car you can easily reach many beautiful coves and beaches on the east coast from there. Shops can be reached in Felanitx within a very short time! As a host, David was very friendly and helpful. He always responded very quickly to messages. For me, it was the first Air BnB booking and I felt incredibly comfortable thanks to him. The finca itself was also a dream, very nice layout, recommended for both larger families and groups of friends. The nights were a little warm without climate, but the rooms were equipped with fans, which helped well. The pool and outdoor area was of course the highlight. There you can enjoy the whole day without any problems! All around from our point of view there were no criticisms and we would spend our vacation there again at any time!

Luxury villa with heated pool, 5 min from beach

The house we booked (Casa Marga) was not available the day we arrived in Mallorca with 6 adults and 2 kids - water damage. We were shocked at first, but host Mallorca and especially Antonia got an even bigger house for us (Casa Eresta). It was cleaned quickly and we could check in that afternoon. The house was older, big pool, wonderful landscape and even our own tennis court. The price would have been too high for us. We had a very nice week and Antonia did everything in her power to make us comfortable. The house was still cold after the winter, lots of mosquitos and the dishes were not very clean. But the house was still great and we would gladly come again. Thank you Antonia! Inge and family
