House vacation rentals in Sa Ràpita

The four of us (children 15/10) had a great stay in summer temperatures in Theo's beautiful house. I would like to highlight the following as particularly positive: the large and beautifully deep pool in the back (great for older children), the beautiful and pleasantly airy veranda even at 30 degrees, on which we ate almost all meals, the very well-equipped kitchen (even baking cakes for birthdays was possible), the comfortable beds and the great communication, helpfulness (rental car) and quick response with or from the host. For example, the parasol stand was replaced faster than we could look. We had only imagined the walking distance/route to the beach to be faster and more direct; you walk about 1 km along the street through the residential area, then continue through the center of Cala Pi and finally down the stairs to the beach. But this is not meant to be a criticism, it is a great house at a fair price, which we already miss.

First things first, yes, there should have been more disclosure about the 6 - 8 minuet drive on the dirt road/goat path, but as has been said in several previous reviews, the drive is more than worth the beauty and solitude that you'll find once there. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and there is no way to convey how wonderful the view down to the town of Soller is. It is perfectly equipped for two people to stay very comfortably, with a kitchen that is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Carolina provided us with a list of provisions for our arrival from an incredible local market. Carolina's place is a little slice of heaven and I feel privileged to have been able to spend a few days there. I'd recommend it unconditionally, and we'll be back just a soon as we can.

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Miguel was pleasant and very responsive throughout our stay. No complaints at all, would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful finca! The house is very well maintained, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and barbecue area – perfect for relaxing days and cozy evenings. The landlord was always available and immediately helped in person with questions or minor problems. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend this finca and would be happy to come back!

Fabulous place in a quiet location, but not far from the center of Santanyí with great starting point for excursions. We felt very comfortable as a family with small children. We liked the pool best. Roberto was always available and very helpful. I'm sure we'll be back!

This was a beautiful residence. Will definitely be returning. The view is incredible and it has everything you need for a peaceful retreat.

Maria’s home was a perfect stop for our Mallorca trip with our 1-year old son. We were perfectly situated for close day trips on the island. Her home was cozy and comfortable for us and I would gladly stay there again.

The place is beautifully located. It is quiet and the view of the sea is simply great. However, a rental car is a must in this area. The apartment has everything we needed. Above all, the air conditioning is extremely quiet. Swimming in the sea is easily possible, but only with good bathing shoes. What was somewhat irritating were the walkers who walked directly in front. Nevertheless, we liked it enormously and we would come back. Everything worked out wonderfully and Jose always wrote back quickly.

We were 2 couples and had an amazing time and would glady stay again. It was great to sit outside at night and watch the stars. During the day we enjoyed the pool, the area also offers very nice restaurants 10/15minutes away.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

Loved our stay. Was spacious and a literal stone throw from the beach, great snorkeling and some great cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Will be back😎

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

Amazing oceanfront condo! Great host! I felt so restored after the stay. It’s at least 40 mins from the airport. So renting a car is highly recommended. It’s a bit far from the west/ north parts of the island. However, if you don’t mind a 1-1.5 hr drive each way, you are golden. It’s right on the beach & has the most amazing views. I’m definitely visiting Mallorca again and I highly recommend this condo!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

With a group of 10 friends, we spent 3 nights in this beautiful villa in Randa, recently renovated with great taste. Each bedroom has a very comfortable private bathroom, a detail that is not insignificant when traveling in a group! The living area, consisting of a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a living room, is equipped with everything you need, including brand new appliances that have allowed us to easily organize lunches and dinners at home. The real jewel of this villa is its garden: an oasis of peace with a beautiful swimming pool, comfortable loungers to relax, a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, and a large table perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Very kind hosts and always available for any of our needs. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable place with an enchanting view.

We had a great stay at the place in Campos! Everything was absolutely top – very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. We especially liked the quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping by car. A car is definitely recommended to be able to explore the surroundings flexibly. We would come back anytime!

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious, clean and well equipped – especially convenient were the two showers and two toilets, which is a real advantage with a child. The many additional items such as the washing machine have also made everyday life easier for us. Our daughter felt really comfortable, especially with the available toys and the crib. Another highlight was the fantastic bakery just around the corner – perfect for a quick, delicious breakfast. And parking right in front of the place was super straightforward. Overall a very family friendly place to stay that we can absolutely recommend.

Really good apartment, we spent incredible 5 days, we felt like being home. Just one advice, it's better to rent a car to have access to the best soots on the island.

As you can see from the pictures, a super nice outdoor area! Kitchen for cooking for 8 people also great!

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!
