Montclair Private Garden Studio
Quality, private room with bath in garden setting at our home in the Montclair Hills area of Oakland. Private entrance, quiet, safe, residential area. The room is detached from our house and has a kitchen area (no oven) with sink, cabinets, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker available. The bed is a queen size, regular bed (with box spring). There is a small refrigerator built into the wall just outside the room. Table, lounge chairs, etc. available for your use in the garden. We are happy to provide information, maps, etc. that may enhance your stay. We have been with Airbnb for a few years now, have earned "Superhost" status, have traveled a lot, have exchanged our home in the past, and enjoy providing a pleasant "home away from home" for our guests. We are located just up the hill from Montclair Village, where you can find grocery stores, retail shops and restaurants. There is easy access from here to all of the cultural and scenic attractions of San Francisco, Berkeley and the Napa-Sonoma wine country. As we are in the hills, it is a good idea to have a car. There is wifi in the room; cell phone reception is sometimes spotty, depending on your carrier. There is unrestricted street parking available in front of our home. You can reach downtown SF by car in about 25 minutes. If you want to travel by public transit, you can walk to the village and take a bus to San Francisco, or park your car at Rockridge BART station (less than 10 minutes from our home). Many guests have taken lyft/Uber from the house to BART station (cost bout $6-8). Our garden studio is in a great location, with easy access to all attractions of the area. It is beautiful space--perfect for someone looking for quality lodgings in a quiet, private setting. We hope you will give our beautiful garden studio a try.

The Rockridge Cottage
The Rockridge Cottage is a lovely stand alone backhouse in the most central location in the East Bay. Enjoy the peaceful backyard and privacy of your own home and be steps away from the world class restaurants and cafes of College Avenue. Located just three blocks away from the Rockridge BART Station, the Rockridge Cottage is only 25 minutes from Downtown San Francisco and just down the road from the UC Berkeley campus. Walk Score of 92. There is no need to have a car in this neighborhood.

Quiet Comfortable and Elegant Urban Retreat
Our house is located in the center of Rockridge (1 block from College Ave) and adjacent to Elmwood (Berkeley). It’s a “walkers paradise”: near cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a 10-12 minute walk to the Rockridge BART station. We have lived here for 28 years and recently completed a major renovation. In the process we created a new 400 sq. ft. ground floor unit with a private entrance for friends, family and Airbnb. We are LGBTQ friendly and have a safe space for solo female travelers.

The Redwood Retreat
Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

This luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.
