A great, well set up, space in a great location!

Five stars all around. This was my wife and I's second time staying at Mai's place (the first time being one year ago on our honeymoon!). We love SF, and Mai's place is the perfect respite from the city while remaining relatively close to most areas of interest. Mai is so kind and accommodating, and her place surely does feel like home! We look forward to staying here again and again in the future.

Hello all, I am a traveling nurse on a stent at the hospital down the street and this space was just perfect for my boyfriend and I. He works from home and this was a wonderful little writer's nook. The space is lovely, well equipped and neighborhood is very walkable. Close to many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Easy walk to Piedmont or Grand Lake areas. The hostess is super responsive and accommodating. Do be aware, that the check-in time listed at the bottom is no joke- the building management does not allow check-in's past about 9:00 pm. I had failed to read the small print at the bottom of the listing, but all worked out ok for us- the hostess was so wonderful for helping us out, I just don't want anyone else to be surprised last minute :) 10/10 recommend this place and would stay again!

Cindy’s AirBnB in Berkeley was in a great location, quiet and with a beautiful view of the bay. The street it was on was narrow but parking was always available. The studio was spacious with a kitchen, fridge, cute mini toaster oven, and dining table. Cindy communicated well. We felt right at home and will certainly be back if available.

Gina was an amazing host. I got a chance to book her place with my parents. It was their first ever experience with Airbnb, and they really loved it. She was very kind to check in with us at repeated moments, and ensured we have a great time at her place. Highly recommended from my side, and I’d love to re-book if I am in the area again.

Will and Jane were excellent hosts. The back house is light filled and spotless. It’s comfortable and well organized. It was peaceful, tucked away in a garden! I loved feeding the fish. Both Will and Jane were responsive and offered a great recommendation. I know I’ll stay here every time I come to San Francisco!

We had a great stay at Susie’s Airbnb, it really felt like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was easy to explore and lots to do.

Our stay at Lori and Mike’s place was absolutely fantastic, and Lori truly made it unforgettable. While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and friendly energy made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you so much, Lori—you’re truly one of a kind!

Nancy was the nicest and most accommodating host we’ve had at a rental so far. We arrived late one evening when I realized I misplaced the dinner I’d packed to eat when we arrived and when I asked Nancy (who was greeting us when we first arrived) about pizza delivery options, she offered us a nice frozen cornbread pizza to cook in the rental. My hungry young son was so relieved. The backyard overlooks an incredibly green and peaceful hillside and we had such a relaxing time. Also downtown Fairfax is so close by and so adorable. Would love to come back!

The best in San Rafael, plenty of parking and a kayak . Gina is wonderful our guests arrived early so I was asking Gina for early check in Gina response yes right a way Thank you very much. If you have a chance to book one of Jenny's properties, I would encourage you to do so. Of all the hosts we have encountered, she is the best. The suite was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with everything someone could want during their stay. The grounds of her home were just beautiful, a welcomed retreat from the outside world. In addition, Jenny was an incredibly resposive host. She provided great recommendation and suggestions for our visit. She was also incredibly kind to my daughter. Thank you Jenny for your warmth in welcoming is to your home.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

This place is increíble! Hosts were friendly and proactive. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the view is unbeatable. The recommendations for hikes and restaurants were spot on. My husband and I had an amazing little getaway and we’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, gorgeous place to stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. The location is excellent, especially if you have young kids as it is next to a great playground. Lots of transportation options nearby and incredibly walkable. Beds are super comfortable. It’s been exactly a year since our last stay, and my only complaint is that the place could use a thorough clean out. There were odd items left behind from previous guests (an electric toothbrush, multiple empty shampoo bottles, medications, etc). The chair in the living room is pretty wobbly and likely is missing a bolt or 2. We’d likely stay here again but hopefully the owner stays on top of keeping this place elegant and comfortable! Mercy & Kevin’s place was perfect for our stay. Their place is in a peaceful and walkable neighborhood. The apartment itself was squeaky clean and as described. Kevin was very responsive and pleasant in our interactions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Berkeley, Oakland, SF.

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

Indigo’s place was great! Clean and quiet and well stocked. Easy to check in and out. Safe and charming. Walkable to many stores places in town. Parking was also not a problem and easy to find.

Nice place and Maurice was nice and responsive. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We had a positive experience and if we are in the area again we would stay there again.

This is a great place! The large back deck has great views of the bay. The home is quite large and very comfortable. There were four of us, and it was the perfect location for us. We liked the privacy and the quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking ware. Nora was very responsive. We will definitely come again!

This is a great place to stay in Berkeley! It is close to downtown Berkeley (with great food) and the University. It is also a near a BART station (which I used to get to Oracle Park! ) Shannon was also super accommodating and understanding of my situations and for that I truly appreciate it! Tysm! Highly recommended for OOMPH students at UC Berkeley, super convenient and near the building where your classes take place. Favorite food place so far: Cholita Linda Will come back here again! Thanks!
