We had stayed at Mercy’s place before and this time was just as enjoyable as the prior time. The lodging was immaculate in every way. It was convenient to have an air fryer and a microwave to heat up leftover food. We would not hesitate to come here again.

This is my second time staying here and it’s always great!! The place is amazing and Bradley is an amazing host! Will be returning soon one day!

Perfect stay! Very tasteful and comfortable. Beautiful setting in the hills, mid century architecture and decor. Roomy, peaceful indoor/outdoor space. Nice bed and linens, shower pressure. Lots of windows for light and shades for dark and was cool on a very hot day. The kitchen is equipped for simple food prep so good to plan accordingly. I heard occasional activity from the hosts living on the floor above the flat but it wasn’t disruptive. As noted, you may hear coyotes howl, which I considered a treat. Hiking trails minutes away was a draw for me and proximity to urban conveniences. Experienced, thoughtful and courteous hosts made everything easy and enjoyable.

If you have a chance to book one of Jenny's properties, I would encourage you to do so. Of all the hosts we have encountered, she is the best. The suite was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with everything someone could want during their stay. The grounds of her home were just beautiful, a welcomed retreat from the outside world. In addition, Jenny was an incredibly resposive host. She provided great recommendation and suggestions for our visit. She was also incredibly kind to my daughter. Thank you Jenny for your warmth in welcoming is to your home.

The neighborhood might appear rough around the edges to some but it is an up and coming neighborhood and was very safe. I was traveling as a solo mom with my child. The neighbors were very friendly as they walked their dogs. The street parking was easy to access. The local co-op was fantastic for groceries. Lots of local restaurants and a rock climbing gym close by. Great Sunday market. Highly recommend T’Chaka (Haitian cuisine) for a fancy lunch or dinner. The backyard area was such a lovely haven to relax. The hosts were super friendly and responsive for everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would happily return.

My nice positive review mimics most of the others. Its as described and exactly what I needed. Clean quiet comfortable very safe etc I needed to be able to sleep in the day which seems to be close to impossible even at a nice hotel. I also wanted to be able to sit in the yard and read and play guitar all alone in a forest setting which I did . The yard is also very tranquil much like being in a forest all alone. I had one brief very pleasant discussion with Tracy and that was it I got to be alone. Thank you.

Gina was an amazing host. I got a chance to book her place with my parents. It was their first ever experience with Airbnb, and they really loved it. She was very kind to check in with us at repeated moments, and ensured we have a great time at her place. Highly recommended from my side, and I’d love to re-book if I am in the area again.

This was definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs I have stayed at so far. Beautiful location, great communication with hosts, the space was unique and clean. You honestly transport to another world once you’ve arrived. Very beautiful villa atmosphere and nicely tucked away/private, would definitely stay again!

I always stay at Airbnb's when I'm traveling... this one exceeded all of my expectations! Mike's place is paradise. The views are phenomenal and the little coastal town of Pacifica is welcoming and comfortable. They recommended lovely hikes and places to eat. (Devil's slide hike was spectacular and make sure you check out Soul Grind Cafe!) I can't wait to visit again next year!!!

We are just back from a 6-day stay at the Suite on Camden and loved it. The suite has lovely gray and slate blue decor throughout, a super comfy bed, huge closet, beautiful bathroom and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook! The deck and backyard are so spacious and pretty - perfect for enjoying an evening drink and for quick potty breaks for our little dog. The neighborhood was a sweet surprise - quiet (although close to the freeway), beautiful views from the hills, flowers everywhere, very walkable with our pooch and everyone we ran into was so nice. We are spoiled now - can’t imagine staying anywhere else when going to the Bay Area - thanks, Sam and Jessica!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Wasn’t super conducive to working out of, but if you are visiting for vacation then it’s convenient and safe.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great. There were 4 of us so things were tricky with the restroom but we made it work. Will definitely stay again and it is close to amenities.

This is a super Airbnb location with a friendly and responsive host. The tranquil setting and private access made for a very restful stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, both the bed and sofa-bed were wonderfully clean and comfy, and the shower was majestic! Fred has thought of every detail to make his guests feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

Super cute and relaxed neighborhood with a good view of the rolling hills. Clean room and honestly very spacious for a one bedroom.

It was a great spot for a one-week visit to the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with views of the Bay and beyond. Blake Garden is just a three-minute walk away, and it was beautiful in May. We spotted local wildlife in the area (mostly when driving home at night): deer, raccoons, and a downhill neighbor seems to have a skunk family living in their driveway. The unit itself is perfect for a couple, and the sofa bed was comfortable for a kid of any size. The shared laundry room was available and convenient. We agree with others who have noted that the in-wall space heater was a little loud. This would not normally be a problem for us, as the droning fan creates white noise -- except at certain temperatures, the thermostat would occasionally cause it to repeatedly turn on and off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if in the area again.

Only stay here if you love: abundance of nature, respected quiet hours , goofy and sweet dog, and a nice walk up a small hill for a cute market (serving free coffee in the mornings ) !! My partner and I loved our Bamboo staycation so much. and yes , there are sounds that feel above your head in the mornings , from Brownies nails on the floor and humans walking, (Brownie and co started moving around 7 am daily for our 2 week stay) for a short time , we could fall back asleep most days, or used it as an alarm clock. We were cozy, comfortable, and relaxed for our time in Jess’s nature based space! Highly recommend! I’ll miss you Brownie!

Laura’s place was amazing. I usually stay at hotels especially whenever I have my youngest son (15 yrs old) with me, but we wanted to try something different. I had questions about the area since I’ve never been to Oakland before and being that she was also from Chicago made me feel comfortable asking and trusting her opinion. Her opinion was 100% accurate. We were visiting my older son who plays pro baseball for the local team - Oakland Ballers. I wanted to be in a safe quiet area and her place provided that, along with only being 11 min from the ball park. The amenities were great and her communication whenever I had any questions were quick and responsive. I plan to possibly come back to visit my son before his baseball season is open and I would definitely be looking to book Laura’s beautiful place again. Thanks Laura!!!
