Home & Beach Apartamento A; ubicado en Badalona, a 5 min. de la estación de metro 'Gorg', 10 min. de la playa, 10 min. andando el centro comercial 'Magic', Pl. Catalunya a 30 min. en metro. Cuenta con 3 habitac. (capacidad para 5 personas) 2 de ellas con 2 camas individuales c/u, que se puede convertir en una cama matrimonial, 1 habitac. con 1 cama doble, y un sofá-cama para dos personas (EXTRA, ver condiciones). Esta totalmente equipado y climatizado; es un 1er piso, se accede por escaleras.

Brick-loft. 2 min walk from the train and the sea.

The loft is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

You can also walk (ten minutes) to the well-known and beautiful Pont del Petroli beach, with its promenade full of bars and restaurants.

It brings your Large TV laptop with Smart TV, heating and access to the room via 4-digit code. It is a small room that has everything.
