It is associated with physical energy, sports, the sun, the sea, modernism and technological development. It is associated with qualities such as trust, friendship, sympathy and fidelity. For this reason, blue is our color and the essence of our name. Swing in a hammock with views of nothing but deep blue sky and the Mediterranean. Take a dip in a glassy pool, exercise in an outdoor gym, and refresh under twin showers. Relax in a living room with double-height windows where moonlight comes in. The house is in a famous suburb with private security guards, 10min away from Barcelona, known for being the residence of famous FC Barcelona players. The house itself is 400sq m, and 1,200 garden. It is all made of glass, with stunning and relaxing views to the Mediterranean, as well as the city of Barcelona. Plus, it is just a few metres away from the natural forest of La Marina. The house has two floors and a mezzanine. The groundfloor has a huge projection and party room, with a bar and couches. There is also a 25sqm bath room carved in natural stone and a gym and parking place for 3-4 cars. The upper floor has four rooms, including a 45sqm suite with complete bathroom integrated to the room, with shower and a dresser, with direct views from the bed to the sea. The other bedroom is a quiet one, with views to the rear garden. It has a separate bathroom with natural daylight ceiling for own use. The other rooms are a dresser and on office. The living room is 60sqm and has a double-height space and is all made of glass. The kitchen is massive, with central isle and access to the rear garden. The mezzanine has a couch and a table, the perfect place for a "siesta" or just relax a bit. It gains access to a private roof terrace, with views to the front and rear gardens. The house has two gardens. The front one is a "tropical" one (palm trees, deck chairs and grass). It also has a wide porch, next to the windows, in case took enough sun! The rear garden, with a BBQ, is a "Mediterranean" one, with trees and bushes from the region. There is also a lake-decorated side garden, with a fountain and stones. We offer accommodation and use of all facilities: house, parking, gym, pool and garden. We provide service during the stay, pool cleaning and share the fruits collected from fruit trees and farm eggs. We maintain a cordial relationship with guests while respecting, above all, privacy. We totally left the house for total guest comfort. We maintain a contact phone 24 hours to unforeseen circumstances. The house is in an upscale neighborhood in Badalona, an area northeast of Central Barcelona. The house is near a protected park, so there is close and respectful contact with nature. The residential complex has easy commuting links to Barcelona. There are bus connection to the center of the urbanization (about 500 meters from the house). However we Sn recommend using vehicle since there is steeply sloping terrain. Vehicle communication is quick and easy. Guests staying emphasize comfort garden, house design, tranquility and sea views.

Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

We're a middle-aged couple with two children. We really like to travel as a family and this has led us to renovate this house and transform it into a functional and cozy space so that our guests can enjoy their stay with the comfort that we like to find in the accommodations of our trips.
