The loft has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the living and dining area, creating a spacious, comfortable, and functional space. The living room opens directly onto a lovely private terrace, perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s climate. Roós Loft is a stylish 95 m² design loft with an additional 25 m² terrace, located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most attractive neighborhoods, approximately 500 meters from Mar Bella beach. Set in a charming older building, the apartment combines a minimalist style with all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. It is very well connected to Barcelona city center: Poblenou metro station (L4) is just a few minutes’ walk away, and several bus routes provide easy access to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you may need during your stay. The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, basic bathroom amenities, and free Wi-Fi.
