The living room opens directly onto a lovely private terrace, perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s climate. Roós Loft is a stylish 95 m² design loft with an additional 25 m² terrace, located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most attractive neighborhoods, approximately 500 meters from Mar Bella beach. Set in a charming older building, the apartment combines a minimalist style with all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay.
