Secluded but very nice place to stay if traveling by car. Fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The host, Marta is very friendly and helpful with tips for sightseeing.

Mitjanas is an idyllic place surrounded by nature and peace. I went with my partner and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Tim and Caroline are wonderful and very attentive. They offer an oasis to disconnect from the city. The breakfast is very good and very complete. We loved both the omelette and the banana pancakes. We didn't even need to leave the premises. It has different trails to walk and admire nature and a pond with water lilies with a lot of life where you can rest and relax. Also, the cleanliness and amenities of where we stayed, in this case Cedre, stand out. It has everything you need, it doesn't lack anything, in addition to a very large and comfortable bed with very nice decoration. We will definitely be back as soon as possible and it will be our destination par excellence when we go to La Garrotxa, both for the idyllic surroundings of the house and for the kindness and desire to make you feel at home from Tim and Caroline.

Airun’s “wagon” was perfect for my stay in Olot. It is like “glampimg” in a well thought out converted literal wagon. Even though there is no inside running water, Airun has provided everything needed to wash and clean both in the wagon and outside and in the bathroom located just across the small and sweet garden. Airun has been clever in her renovation and all is so comfortable. It made for a terrific retreat for a few days. I wanted to hike and all I had to do was walk a few steps and I could access trails to go as long as I’d like in shady forests. Cooking was easy on the 3burner propane cooktop. It was private and Airun is quickly responsive when needed. There are excellent organic food grocers in town which is only 10-15 minutes waking downhill the stairs. Would stay there again!
