Great apartment and friendly owners. Very quiet inside apartment. Stylish. Private parking is ideal. TV not smart, biggest bed slightly on the hard side. Recommended!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

The apartment is a real gem just a stone's throw from the sea, located in a quiet and relaxing area, just as described. Very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: there is really nothing missing to have a peaceful and pleasant stay. The shower, then, is just great! Marzia was very kind and always available: I immediately felt at home... in fact, better! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful few days in this lovely seaside apartment at the beginning of November, and were very lucky with the warm weather so we could make the most of the beach and sunny Terrace. The location was a great base for a day trip to Pisa. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Federico was a very responsive and helpful host! We‘ll definitely consider a return visit!

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

We stayed 5 days at Alessandro's. He welcomed us in person and was very kind and responsive with communication, the house is as described, clean and tidy with everything you need to spend a nice vacation, in a few minutes on foot you are in the center where shops and restaurants are located, I definitely recommend it.

Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

“The small house with the fully fenced garden was perfect for our stay. Everything you need is furnished with care and convenience. Cinzia is an incredibly kind and helpful host. It goes above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible and responds immediately to requests. We were particularly impressed by the well-stocked refrigerator with plenty of drinks and food. We spent 10 wonderful days there with our two dogs, who were very warmly welcomed. The Jacuzzi was always very clean and was regularly checked and cleaned by the host. very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

A really beautiful house in a very quiet village - comfy beds and lovely touches to the decor. There is a really friendly restaurant 1 minute away and lovely Argentinian neighbours that invited us in for a coffee - would come back for truffle season

Such a lovely little corner of Pisa. The apartment is close to the train station and is quiet/secluded from city noise. It was easy to make ourselves at home and really loved having the luxury of a garden. The apartment was clean and it was lovely to have some cold bottles or water waiting for us in the fridge after a long days travelling. Chiara was an exceptional host. She was super helpful, responsive, and incredibly patient with us. Thanks so much for having us, we already can’t wait to come back!!

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Gianluca's place was a highlight of our visit to Italy--incredibly quaint and unique, from the decor, to the tiny metal spiral staircase that leads to the downstairs studio, to the open brick features, hard wood tables, nicely rennovated bathrooms, lemon trees outside...the list goes on and on. Gianluca even left a bottle of local wine for us, and some toast bread/ jam, which was appreciated for breakfast. One of the better stocked airBNBs I've staid at, with many spices, coffee, buillon, oil, vinegar, etc. If you are looking for a place with character, this is definitely for you. If you're mobility impaired, do be aware that it might be a good fit, as there are a couple sets of outstairs stairs leading to the door (very charming), and inside the above noted very narrow and unique spiral stairs down to the studio. Also, Gianluca was pretty generous with heating--it took a little while to cool down the upstairs bedrooms, but was very nice to at least not be too chilly.

The stay was short, but the welcome we and our 4-legged friends received made us feel super pampered. The house (huge) super clean and well-kept, a fantastic and beautiful fenced garden perfect for letting dogs run around. We will definitely be back for our appointments in the area!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

A lovely cosy apartment. We loved it. Patrizia was so helpful. Great location and 15 minute walk to tower. Shops and cafe around and only 5 minutes from station.

Nice place close to Pisa and Florence

Martina and Paolo's house is a beautiful place to spend a vacation at the confluence of water. The house is at the foot of small waterfalls of the old mill, a unique naturalistic place. The village of Calci is equally characteristic and convenient if you enjoy nature walks. It is an excellent base for visiting Pisa, but also for a trip to the sea. The house is very well maintained, equipped with everything you need, comfortable spaces and above all very very clean. Highly recommended!

I spent a week here and it’s perfect. The flat is lovely, squeaky clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. I loved the restaurant opposite the building entrance! I’ll be back!

the apartment itself was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. we had booked this place as somewhere to rest our head as we planned to visit surrounding areas. the buses make it easy and convenient to get into the centre of pisa and see everything. the views from the apartment were exceptional and there was plenty to do around there ( restaurants are plentiful however, mostly sea food. ) overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again if ever we decide to visit pisa again.
