Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

L’appartamento era delizioso, molto spazioso e curato, ristrutturato da pochi anni. In generale tutto il mobilio era molto funzionale. Era veramente come stare a casa, con tutte le comodità che servono (ancor di più quando si viaggia con una bimba di 2 anni). Il parcheggio interno privato é la ciliegina sulla torta, in una zona dove trovare parcheggio é spesso difficile. Sophia é stata gentilissima, sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento di Giorgio è un gioiellino, non mancava nulla e abbiamo trovato un deumidificatore che ci salvato dalle notti caldissime. Sicuramente saremo suo ospiti di nuovo perché abbiamo trascorso ottime vacanze.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Ariannas lägenhet. Bra område och nära till allt, fin lägenhet och fantastisk terass! Arianna är väldigt trevlig, svarade alltid snabbt och gav oss flera bra tips på restauranger, platser att besöka och fina stränder. Vi hoppas på att kunna komma tillbaka snart!

Wir haben die Woche in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Da noch nicht so schönes Wetter war, konnten wir mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Es war schön, auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und der Strand (welcher nicht so überlaufen ist und ein Naturstrand war, was wir sehr geschätzt haben) war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Man hat gleich die Natur vor der Nase und kann morgens mit dem VögelGezwitscher aufwachen.

Ho soggiornato con tutta la famiglia, moglie e due bambini di 10 e 5 anni. Viaggio per motivi familiari. Alloggio dotato di tutto il necessario, anche al di là delle nostre aspettative. Stefano è stato molto disponibile ed al contempo discreto. Una persona garbata ed empatica.

Rossella è una persona di una disponibilità meravigliosa. La sua mission è metterti a tuo agio, aiutarti e venirti incontro. Ceck (in-out) al top. L'annuncio rispecchia quello che troverai, ma non abbastanza. Quando arrivi su quella terrazza entri in un angolo di Paradiso, ti immergi nella natura (in città), il mare ti avvolge completamente (in casa e fuori), il suo suono è un sottofondo continuo. E' stata un’esperienza unica e privilegiata, non posso che consigliarla vivamente. PS: ottima anche per lavorare. Grazie di cuore a Rossella & Family.

Abbiamo trovato un host cordiale e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento non è molto grande, ma sufficiente per trascorrere i momenti di relax in casa. Ha un soggiorno spazioso e una cucina a vista fornita di tutti gli accessori necessari per rendere la vacanza senza pensieri. Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato e una piscina condominiale. Spiaggia e ristoranti sono vicinissimi all'appartamento. È stata proprio una vacanza piacevole, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt, Christine! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche zu zweit bei dir in deinem kleinen aber sehr feinen Apartment. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein & die Erreichbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Vielen Dank außerdem für die vielen Tipps vor Ort. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man zum Leben braucht und ist Bestens ausgestattet. Zudem war es auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bis bald Christine

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten das Glück, fast die gesamte Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, da gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist familiär mit persönlichen Dingen der Familie aber genau das liebe ich an AirBnB. Erinnerte mich sehr an mein früheres Familien-Wochenendhaus. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das Letzte Mal hier und ich danke Fabio&Valentina, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit anderen teilt.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt! Die Kinder haben es sich in der Gallerie gemütlich gemacht und auch gern das bereitgestellte Spielzeug genutzt. Da die Decken der Wohnung sehr hoch sind, ist es auch überhaupt nicht eng. Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Auto kommt man einfach nach Pisa, Florenz, etc. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Ottima struttura, splendida la colazione all’aperto all’ombra della mattina. Ci hanno dato un upgrade alla camera senza averlo richiesto, allo stesso prezzo. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili

The apartment was spacious, clean and located very central for easy access by foot to beach and restaurants. We loved the small balcony for a coffee in the mornings overlooking the sea. It was very quiet at night inside the apartment even if busy outside given the good isolation of the windows. A big plus was the adjoining private parking at a small extra charge. Very good functioning air conditioning and wifi. Claudio was very responsive and kind and made us feel home immediately. We can only recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse direkt beim Hafen in San Vincenzo und tollen Blick aufs Meer. Einige Strände in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober im Appartement. Im Ort selber war nicht mehr viel los aber es waren noch genug Restaurants offen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe.

fijne woning. fijne Tuin. in een geweldige omgeving. geweldige gastvrouw. staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. mensen met een hart van goud!!!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Der Blick morgens auf das Meer und abends zu den Wellen einschlafen- traumhaft. Unser Sohn (10) meinte, dass es hier besser ist als in jedem Luxushotel. Morgens haben wir uns Gebäck im Ort geholt, abends haben wir in Restaurants in der Umgebung gegessen. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Autos Eltern waren reizend bei der Begrüßung und beim Abschied. Wir haben zwei Ausflüge gemacht und ansonsten direkt vor der Haustür im Meer gebadet. Wenn es sehr warm wird, muss man nach Quallen Ausschau halten, aber mit Taucherbrille kein Problem. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber es zieht immer eine Meeresbrise durch, deswegen ist das kein Problem.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. We had an amazing stay in Fabrizio’s apartment! He was one of the best hosts we ever had, very responsive to any questions we had and offered a ton of great recommendations. The place was immaculate, very modern with excellent appliances and decor. Within a 1 minute walk, you’re on the beach and right out the door there are a multitude of cafes and restaurants. There’s also a grocery store only a minute away. 10/10 would stay again!

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!
