Perfectly located studio apartment close to restaurants, bars and shops, but quiet at night to get a good sleep. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen, and good building amenities. Communication with the host was great. I would stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo. Highly recommended.

Vanda's apartment is excellent, better than in the photos. It is quite spacious and well divided. The condominium is excellent, with a mini-market, top-notch gym and swimming pool. The tower of Vanda's apartment is the first one, three elevators, a quiet neighborhood and a super helpful concierge. The space itself was extremely clean and organized. All necessary utensils and working perfectly. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Super near the subway. Anyway, I recommend it and I will stay more often. Great cost x benefit.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Roberta went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was seamless! Roberta was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping center, bakery. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Roberta and their property highly enough.

Everything is fine, excellent location, space exactly as described in the listing, safe place, close to bakeries, markets, transportation. We rented it for a show at Allianz and walked home. 10-star rating.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

Perfect from beginning to end. The house is delightful, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and effective the whole time. The location of the house is a gem. Last but not least, it was very nice to interact with the two dogs in the house, Coffee and Cinnamon. :)) I highly recommend it.

The stay was great. I and my family liked it very much. The apartment is very spacious, clean, airy, with air-conditioning in both rooms, and has a full kitchen. Exactly what it shows in the pictures. It has a great location and the building's lobby has plenty of security. We were promptly assisted whenever we contacted the host. We will definitely come back more often.

My stay was very good, especially because of the host's service. He always responded quickly, was extremely helpful and helped me with all the difficulties that arose — including in situations beyond what would be his obligation. He provided all the support possible during the stay.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

I had an excellent stay at Bia's apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great! The property exceeded all of my expectations. Plus, Bia is an excellent host! He always treated us with courtesy and kindness, ensuring a perfect stay. I highly recommend it!
