Loved staying here for a second year in a row. The hideaway hut is tranquil and the perfect break from a busy life. Love nothing more than relaxing in the hot tub and listening to nature surrounding us. Thanks again for another perfect weekend away!

We had such a lovely time at the shepherds hut, a perfectly peaceful and quiet get away - just what we needed! Great location for picturesque walks. We walked along Offas Dyke took 2.5 hrs straight from the hut. The local town had everything you needed only a short drive or 20 min walk away. We grabbed a takeaway pizza from Daphnes which was very delicious. Despite wet weather all weekend it did not dampen our spirits. The covered kitchen was a perfect location to cosy up and watch the thunder and lightning. It had everything you needed to make breakfast. The provided bread, bacon, eggs & milk were a lovely addition. The bed was very very comfy and the hut was clean, tidy & cosy. The hill up to the hut is steep but the provided wheelbarrow helped. Leaving in the rain was hilarious.

Gorgeous hut tucked away in the beautiful countryside, surround by rolling hills and farmlife. I would highly recommend Rosalind's beautiful space if you want a true experience of the english countryside and a bit of peace and quiet. The hut looks exactly like the photos, great built in kitchen and all the amenities you can need. If you are an animal lover like myself definitely was a plus to be surrounded by their beautiful dogs and farm animals ! Great private space but are still connected to the farm if you need support with anything which was comforting. Rosalind was lovely and responsive. Will come back again :)

Amazing stay at Mark’s shepherds hut. Incredible location, super peaceful and as described. Well kitted out. We had a lovely BBQ and enjoyed some marshmallows say around the fire. The abbey nearby was worth a visit and had a swim in the river. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Mark.

We loved every minute of our stay. Just big enough for 2 adults and our dog. We loved being outside in the private garden, watching the sea with a glass of wine. The dog loved it too, it was very safe and secure. 45mins flat walk, into the town of Barmouth, via the useful instructions left by Hayley. We ate at Dylans (15mins walk, turn right on the main road) and Bay View (6mins walk turn left on the main road) would recommend both, we didn't book and got a table but I would think you'd need to book during high season. Fantastic stay and we will definitely book to come back.

Lovely place to spend a few days in peace in quiet. The hot tub was amazing and the hosts are very friendly. The hut is in close proximity to the Wye Valley, which is a great place to explore.

This was such a lovely over night stay. The surroundings were gorgeous, just a nice place to chill, overall. We were only here for one night and could have easily stayed another day. The day we spent here was just so wholesome. Not far from the shops if you need anything. Kevin got the hot tub ready for us as we were arriving a bit later and it was perfect for when we got there. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The accommodation had everything we needed it was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially in the evening. The setting is stunning – surrounded by nature and incredibly peaceful. What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the hosts. When we got a flat tyre, Adam kindly took me to the local garage and helped arrange a replacement for the next morning. The glowing reviews are absolutely justified as this place is exceptional in every way. We couldn’t recommend it more and we will definitely return!

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at Shari’s shepherd hut. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. Communication was super easy and we received a lot of helpful tips what to explore in the area. Would definitely come back again!

Arrived at 3pm check in, the road down there is a bit hectic but fine if you take it easy, my Fiesta managed it just fine. The Hut on the Hill was exactly like the pictures, inviting and cosy, and Mandy and David had gone out of their way to make personal touches such as fresh eggs, fresh bread and beautifully creamy fresh milk. Usually when Ben and I have gone to other locations with hot tubs the towels have been small and limited, but Mandy and David ensured there were large towels, and spare, and sliders too! Plus some beautiful towel dressing gowns. Mandy was very responsive and reassuring when I wanted to ensure we were parked in the right spot. The hot tub was already warm and easy to navigate, and we slept so well in the bed! The dog too enjoyed his freedom which was a major highlight for us. You can order food and wine from the hosts and if we'd stayed longer, we definitely would of. This place was beyond our expectations and would love to come back.

We had a lovely little break in Apple Blossom’ very peaceful, beautiful views. The hut was very clean. Tea, coffee & sugar was provided along with marshmallows for the bbq. Enclosed garden very safe for our Puppy and water & food bowls and treats were left by the owner. Would definately recommend staying here to anyone looking for a break away. David was very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Alice’s Shepard’s hut, it was perfectly situated and fully secluded. The hut itself was super cosy, the log burner was a great touch - easy to use and warmed the hut up quickly. The bed was super comfy and snug also. Sadly the weather wasn’t fab for us so we couldn’t utilise the outdoor bbq or furniture much however with the right weather I imagine it would’ve been perfect. The hot tub was the star of the show, we found it to be super easy to use & didn’t take too long to warm up once it got going. The hut faced onto fields as far as you could see, with cows in the field opposite making a lovely bonus. The location was great, it was within 30 minutes drive to all major Cotswold villages - all a must see! There was a local pub which sadly we didn’t utilise due to weather and shops a short drive away too. We’d love to return to Alice’s hut, especially with some warmer weather as I imagine the sunset while in the hot tub to be truly breathtaking. Thank you!!

We had a lovely stay at Cwt yr Hafod. The hut is in a great area on Teresa’s property as it’s peaceful with a good view (you don’t feel like you’re in someone’s garden/driveway it’s nice and private) the location was also great for us as it’s not a far drive from a lot of places to go and see/things to do. The hot tub was clean and warm on arrival, great for relaxing and taking in the view. Teresa is friendly and helpful, her animals are lovely and friendly too. We would definitely stay here again.

The Shepherds Hut was amazing, so cozy, clean and comfortable. Trish has thought of everything. The table and benches turn in to the bed base, with space underneath to store your bags. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The shower was great, towels provided. It's in a really quiet location and we had the added pleasure of seeing a glorious peacock on our arrival ! Trish is a really great host, lots of attention to detail such as: fresh free range eggs, cans of gin and tonic, chocolate biscuits, milk and a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Plus marshmallows for melting by a fire and a jar of sweets. Games to play, a folder with details of local pubs (all dog friendly), maps for local walks and booklets of places to visit. We recommend the Red Lion at Castle Eaton, a really friendly and welcoming pub, with very tasty food. We really enjoyed our weekend, so much to do and right in the heart of the Cotswolds. I had a wonderful stay! It was just what I needed. The shepherds hut has everything you need and Sharon is very helpful and responsive. There’s also lots to see and do in the surrounding area as well as being a lovely place to hang out and relax.

Carol and her gorgeous hut were amazing, the place was spotless, had everything it said it did and Carol made it easy to find with her instructions. There were lovely things for us on arrival to make us comfortable and stocked. Surroundings were beautiful, hot tub was fabulous. It was all a really good stay! One day the weather was rubbish and another was glorious and the place was perfect for both those days so can’t fault it! Would 100% come again

We had the most magical stay! The hut had everything we needed. Even had a mini freezer for ice for our drinks. The hot tub is a beautiful addition to relax while watching a thousand stars! We highly recommend and hopefully will come back again soon!

My partner and I stayed in this adorable Shepard's hut in Ledbury for two nights. I've never stayed in a tiny house/cabin, but have always wanted to. I can say that I was not disappointed in the slightest 😊 Helens Shepard's hut was exactly as the pictures show, if not even more beautiful in person! The surroundings were stunning, with lots of wildlife (mainly birds, so bird watchers would be right at home!), very quiet and private 😊 The cabin itself was immaculate with everything you would need for cooking and cleaning up, nothing was missing! Plus Helen was a gem allowing us to check in early and check out later, we definitely appreciated that 😊 and more so, she was very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if I travel up this way again 👍

We loved our stay here! We are both very into walking and found a lovely waterfall walk close by, the views were amazing and recommendations by Paul were amazing! Paul was responsive and it was lovely to be greeted on arrival to a spotless hut!
