A 'Wooden Yurt' in a stunning location

New for 2023, our wooden roundhouse is just like a yurt only made out of wood. The ash pole and cedar shingle roof rests on bespoke ash wall joists and the whole structure is clad in cedar creating a beautiful, unique space. The canvas 'top hat' can be taken off so when the weather's right you can sleep under the stars. And that's just the inside! Step outside and you have simply breath-taking views across the Exe estuary down to the sea. Enjoy a stunning sunrise view you'll never forget.

Nestled in woodland is Redwood, our cosy Cornish built yurt. Beautifully romantic and warm with a large double bed, woodburning stove, fire pit, hammock and all you need to make your stay lovely. Felt lined for extra warmth and insulation, and with its winter cover on. Winner of the Muddy Stilettos Award for best glamping in Devon, we offer tandem hire and we have a communal area with giant’s chairs, a pizza oven and pond. Come and wander in Yonder Meadow. Relax, reconnect, unwind.

Cosy Yurt with wooden floors in a secluded spot at the top of our meadow. Smack between Totnes, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Dartmoor, close to the sea and rivers. The yurt has one king-sized triple thick airbed with linen and canvass bunk beds suitable for children (we ask you to bring sleeping bags) The Yurt only suitable for couples or families (2+2) it is NOT suitable for more than 2 adults in a party. Further room is offered in the annexe of the main house.
