Mevy, A Victorian Slip Coach

CorraineRating, 5 stars70 months ago
It was simply amazing and such a privilege to stay in a converted Victorian carriage. It’s all very laid back and friendly and you are not interferes with in anyway but the hosts are easy to find if you need them. A must for a train lover. The carriage was clean and though fully furnished with the added luxury of fresh flowers and a welcome pack. We will definitely be recommending

I really enjoyed my time here in this Van. Dartington Estate where it is located is stunning and a great place to be with amazing walks all around, and very close to Totnes. The van was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, and Jonny was super helpful if i ever needed anything.

The Led Zeppelin Airstream Motorhome

FredRating, 5 stars19 months ago
We had a lovely time enjoying the Airstream 345, the garden and bbq and the woods to walk through with our dog. Out in the country and peacefully alone is our passion. With a big Airstream to stay in too, what could be better? Thankyou Sallie-Ann for making it possible. Fred and Gina

Teeny Dartmoor Caravan in Princetown

PollyannaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Nikki and Terry gave us a warm welcome the moment we arrived. The location is minutes away from lots of beautiful walks. The caravan has electric including a kettle and mini fridge, (and mugs, plates etc) which was brilliant! The bedding was clean, fresh, warm and cosy. Even hot water bottles were provided (although we had brought our own). The cute kitchen area is well equipped, and the fairy lights make it feel special. Lovely warm shower, and the bathroom area is clean and has everything you'd need. Nikki and Terry went above and beyond when they did a wash load for me too! Very grateful. I had a lovely short break away and really enjoyed the stunning local surroundings. We visited Wistman's Wood and Dart Meet. Thank you Nikki and Terry 🙏

Nice spot, I didn't expect electricity but you have that, and a heater if you need, and clean water, and hot water, and dog can be off lead if friendly, and only one neighbor, who was awesome, quiet area, comfy.

The Hay Barn

Anne-MarieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The sound of bird song every morning and evening was like an orchestra. This was the perfect peaceful get away for myself and my family . We loved sleeping in the van and the yurt bed was super comfortable. Having a leather sofa to sit on and watch the flames felt quite decadent . The pool table and darts in the " Rose and Crown " was perfect for the kids to entertain themselves . Just loved it here x Thankyou

Vintage Caravan On Alpaca & Animal Farm

TomRating, 5 stars44 months ago
Had a lovely stay at the farm . Matt was a great host and picked us up from the station , went through how everything worked and then left us to enjoy the farm. Especially enjoyed the feeding session . Where Matt took us around all the animals letting us feed them . Plus providing information about all of them. Would recommend for anyone looking to escape from the city.

Cozy stay for Coastal Walkers

RossRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Perfect place for me to spend a night on my coast path walk, I could happily have stayed longer. Very comfy bed, nice hot shower. Patsy and Ken went above and beyond as hosts, driving me round the estuary so that I didn't have to wait hours for the tide to go out (and the rain to arrive!) Five stars 😎

The Shepherd's Hut, Ned's Meadow

AlisonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely couple of nights in the hut. Matthew has thoughtfully provided all you need for a stay in the peaceful countryside including very welcome biscuits! The simple to use stove kept us toasty in the evenings and the clever re-purposed metal bread bin made an ingenious fridge for the milk kindly provided. Waking to the sound of skylarks and wrens was the perfect way to start the day before exploring the local area. The Pickwick Inn is just a gentle 5min stroll along the road, serves good food and the staff and locals were very welcoming. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at The Oystershack 5min drive down the road away from the village. We highly recommend a stay and look forward to returning so we can use the firepit as it was unseasonably windy!
