A nature lovers paradise, it is 10 mins walk to the estuary (sailing, rowing & SUP) and 2 lovely pubs. 10 mins drive to the seaside village of Shaldon with sandy beaches, restaurants and cafes and to Maidencombe cove with its red cliffs and cafe. Supermarkets and stations in Newton Abbot and Teignmouth and Dartmoor is half an hour away.

We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
